The non-smoking holiday home is a wooden house and is located on the Eifel National Park, in the immediate vicinity of the Kalltalsperre in a quiet residential street with no through traffic. An extensive forest area with countless hiking trails starts 200 m from the house. You can also send a "MESSAGE TO THE OWNER" (rather small and inconspicuous under the "To book" button) to make a non-binding request and to make the first contact. The garden measures 900 m², of which approx. 850 m² are completely fenced, so that you can also spend a relaxing holiday with your dog. Rursee, Monschau, Eifel Vogelsang National Park, Nideggen, Einruhr and Rurberg are only 10-20 km away. The living area is approx. 75 m² + 12 m² south balcony. In the basement there is a large living-dining room with kitchenette and counter, a small hallway and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs are a bedroom with 2 single beds that are separated from the staircase by a curtain, and a bedroom with a double bed and a cot that is separated from the staircase by a wall. Behind the house is a 20 m² large, invisible terrace and a lockable garden house with garden furniture and grill. The house has a parking space. In the house there is WiFi (unlimited) and a netbook for free internet use. Sehr schönes, sauberes und auch für den Lese-Spieleabend sehr gemütliches Nurdachhaus.Der Vermieter ist vor Ort und sehr freundlich, Fragen werden auch via Handy sofort beantwortet.Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen.

Die Kommunikation verlief höflich und zielgerichtet. Wir wussten zu jeder Zeit, wie der Check in verlaufen würde. Alle Absprachen wurden eingehalten. Das Häuschen ist rustikal. Alles funktioniert und ist sauber. Der Garten ist wie geschaffen für Hunde. Das war für uns ausschlaggebend. Wir hatten eine hervorragende Woche.

Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung das Haus war sauber es war alles wie Beschrieben vorhanden Geschirr ist Ausreichend vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist erneuert worden. Es gibt das ein oder Andere das in nächster Zeit noch Pflege benötigt das tut aber dem Aufenthalt keinen Abbruch.Im großen ganzen war alles für uns in Ordnung.
