My husband treated me to a stunning weekend at Tinswalo Boulders and we had such an amazing time. Even though it was mid winter it was glorious to sit and watch the ocean over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Couldn't recommend this special spot highly enough.

Charlone our great host and makes us feel like home and provides lots of information we need. The villa is so beautiful and unique! A good location to sight for penguins. We love penguins!

Absolutely wonderful place! The rooms, the food, the hospitality, the views and of course the penguins! You really are made to feel special here, the whole place is beautiful, so calm and relaxed. Everyone is so kind and thoughtful, we received a good platter and our room on arrival as we were quite late, this was so welcomed after a stressful journey in the dark. There were extra touches throughout that made us feel special and so well looked after, we loved it.

We recently enjoyed a one-night stay at Tintswalo Boulders during their winter special, and it was the perfect "home away from home." From the moment we entered, the aroma of a roast cooking and the sight of a chef preparing in the kitchen set the tone for a warm, welcoming stay. Every staff member made us feel incredibly welcome. The location is ideal, with Boulders Beach just a stone's throw away, and you can even enjoy views of the beach from the lounge area. Our room was spacious and well-furnished, with quality bedding ensuring a comfortable night's rest. The highlight was the incredible three-course dinner, which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at Tintswalo Atlantic before, which we also absolutely loved. The Boulders was different and it's hard to say which is our favourite. I think BOTH! Would very much like to wander our way through Tintswalo's portfolio over the coming years. The staff are incredible, the overall experience is very personal, thoughtful and just wonderful. What a gorgeous place to be, even in inclement winter Cape Town weather!! Will definitely be back!

Awesome, awesome, awesome! This place feels like you are visiting your rich auntie’s house. There is 8 gorgeous and spacious rooms, with ocean or partial ocean view. There is a nice big living room where you can relax and get drinks any time of the day. Beautiful balcony overlooking the ocean where you can have breakfast and dinner. Food is amazing and cooked in an open kitchen. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Easy access to the walk with penguins. Lovely! Price is very affordable! Especially if you travelled to USA where small rooms are $400, this hotel feels like a steal for about $150 a night. Really want to come back here for a longer time!

Beautiful establishment, fantastic staff, surreal food and drinks, breathtaking views. All-class all-the-time. The rooms faced the ocean and were enormous. In fact, I've never seen bathrooms and showers so elaborate and large. It's safe, dignified, and while beautiful to see ... made the penguins a secondary experience. Tintswalo Boulders Boutique Villa & Spa is the epitome of refined decadence. So relaxing, peaceful, friendly. Cannot recommend it enough. Will be back, for sure! Thank you all for making our stay absolutely memorable. 💯

Stayed over the culinary weekend. Write a trip review on Tintswalo boulders based on the following: I stayed over during the culinary weekend. Our host Kirsty was accommodating, professional and ensured all ran smoothly. The property is boutique, the open plan lounge/kitchen gives a feeling of home , the room was well appointed with a bath and shower. Chef Dustin prepared some of the most delicious food I’ve had the pleasure of tasting. The struggle of solo travel, the establishment does not have a solo rate. You pay for the room, so value increases if you have a partner. The combination of stunning surroundings, exceptional service, and incredible food made for a truly unforgettable experience. I can't wait to return and do it all again! Overall a great stay.
