The hotel room its very old. But everything still OK. The room so space. Will come back stay again

The room has no double locked. Room is dirty

Just can sleep , nothing much to recommend too. Horrible service , dirty toilet, dirty corridor, only got stair case . No lift to use.

The hotel looks neat from the outside. in the hotel situation, the room is quite narrow.. the inquiry counter is not customer friendly. limited parking space. the overall condition is just nice. For those who want to try, you can try and feel this hotel.. for the whole it's just ok.

Very run down. Will not stay there anymore unless renovated.

Comfortable room and clean

The attitude of the person in charge of the front desk is bad, talk very impatiently. The wallpaper of the room is torn off and there are stains on the bed sheet. They didn't provide a towel so I had to wipe myself with my dirty clothes after my bath. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, this hotel should be fine.

I called the front desk to change my room due to the claustrophobic feel that I have for the room without window..

A bit scary, but all is good

Checking-in needs photo copy of IC, hopefully the hotel doesn’t sell it to scammers or borrow money from loan sharks. No multilingual staff is available. Only local Malay tv channels are available. Foreign tourists with English background are advised to stay away from the hotel. Mould smelt detected once enter my room. Trip.com stated no hot water really no hot water. Water stream is very very weak. I entered my room @ 2130 again still has mould smelt. Water cooler is not working.

Very basic room. For the price, I didn't expect too much. But the shower water really too bad, the water just drop out, can even have shape, no pressure at all.
