This was the best Holiday Inn Express ever! The King suite room was clean and spacious with a walk in shower that I loved. It felt like home. The breakfast food and juices were great. There was fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. Worth the cost. I will stay again.

The people were just the friendliest. Breakfast was always delightful and the staff was busy keeping everything fresh, warm and clean. And each had the sweetest smiles. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy. My husband and I typically come to Simpsonville to stay with family. But after this experience, we have decided that whether it is one night or more, we will stay here!!! Please keep up the great service - I'd be so disappointed if anything changed.

There was no hot water. I was offered Holiday Inn points, but am not a member. I would have preferred a discount on the bill.

Very clean; new condition; and the BEST staff! We (3 sisters) stay here at least once a year and we LOVE the convenience and the graciousness of the employees. Always clean; always just right!

I have stayed in hundreds of hotels during my travel career, but I have never encountered a staff that was as friendly, helpful and genuinely warm. We were at this location because we had a death in our family. Everyone of the staff made a special effort to make us comfortable. The Breakfast Attendant, Jerri, was amazing. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was top quality. We will always use this facility when we return to Simpsonville.
