Practical at a reasonable price, but there is a need for renovation.

The arrival was not very good, it took us 8 hours to be attended to, but the attention of the receptionist this morning was 11 out of 10. Wonderful. She helped us rescue the phone that we forgot the night before with exquisite kindness. A great person and very professional.

Very pleasant, good general organization, excellent in terms of the kitchen/dining room/breakfast. It is very varied, abundant, well prepared, staff are very helpful and friendly. Room in good condition (except some limescale in the plumbing due to the type of water, but functional). Very good location for the center of Sines and the beach, and with a pharmacy and some shops on the doorstep. Parking is always free. 4-star hotel conditions, even though it's only a 4

An expensive hotel for the limited infrastructure it offers. Two nights for 190 euros, in a tiny room. Breakfast is extremely limited, with few options given the size of the 3-star hotel. During the night with no restaurant available at the hotel, we opted to use the automatic machines, which was an inconvenience as the machine had problems and received the money and did not deliver the product, requiring the employee to try to make it work for around 15 minutes. There is a certain lack of preparation in service too, since my fiancée and I opted for a room change and asked reception for availability and were offered a tiny studio room. The next day, out of curiosity, we checked booking for availability of larger rooms and there were larger apartments available at the hotel and costing just 10 euros more than what we paid for the same time and date. Now, the receptionist was obliged to offer us the available options for larger rooms and apartments and let us choose. However, what happened was that the largest apartment available was not offered. In order to avoid further inconvenience, we chose not to request a room change once again, as we were exhausted for what would be our honeymoon and parallel business meetings, it was a bad experience with the hotel. UNBELIEVABLE After contacting Mario Mariano de Sequeira, the reservations director and passing on my dissatisfaction, the employee coerced me by trying to intimidate me about the criticisms on booking, I will no longer pass on my dissatisfactions. The receptionist coerced me after a great lunch with my fiancée, the receptionist even questioned me about my position and work with the intention of belittling her client. Am I here to provide clarification or to be well attended to? What freedom does she have to ask what my profession is? We are sorry for the bad experience but what you really need to improve is HR and employees. I hadn't made my comment public yet but you coerced me during the reservation, I spoke to Mario via message privately trying to resolve a situation and I was exposed to the return of a lunch by a heated discussion in front of the reception by the receptionist who came from the outside coerce me and laugh. This is surreal. Absurd indeed. I hope they take care of this because it is a promising hotel that only lacks aspects to be improved and customer service. We came for pleasure, we discovered and in the end we had promising business meetings for the future that brought us back to Sines so soon and this hotel will NOT be our choice of stay. Great hotel, clean room. Bike storage. Small kitchen in the room. Magnificent breakfast even if there are so many people that you have to respect a specific time slot. The street to access the hotel is currently under construction and it is quite complex to get there. The city has no charm: don't stay there forever but ok for a stopover.
