To much dirty and the bed spring is out already😭you cant rest very well so we change our hotel to stay and stuff its rude eighter😔and the floor is too dusty

Clean and quiet place for resting. Convenient access to many restaurants

Joy has the cheapest out of all 81 hotels, however service and cleanliness wasn’t good.

I think it is cosy because you can stay in a rather spacious private hotel room with a window in Singapore, where hotel rates are high.The building itself is old, and the dirtiness due to the antiquity is noticeable, but considering the price of the hotel, it can be a compromise. The hotel staff were also friendly and flexible in many ways at check-in.There were also staff who could speak Japanese. It was a bit of a walk from the station, but there were convenience stores and a bus stop nearby. One disappointment was that they were changed and the sheets smelled bad. Despite the disappointments, I was personally satisfied.

The place ai accessible ,many food shop near the area and the bus stop is also near you can go any where..most specially the staff they are friendly and helpful..i will choose hotel 81 joy again when i have a chance to come back…

Good location, near to a bus stop and not too far from the metro. Hotel was comfortable and decently clean but not amazing. Lots of great Indian and Chinese food in the area. The check in was super fast and easy, staff were friendly. Bin was emptied and towels changed every other day. Overall was great for what we needed 👍🏼👍🏼 Thank you!

More than 80 pounds i pay but unfortunately they didn't prepared meals for us

Poor cleanliness, dusty floor and interior, Air-condition filter covered with dust. Was informed by the staff that considering the rate very low and this is the condition client should expect, cockroaches crawling all over the room as per the picture. I understand this is considered and cheap hotel but basic maintenance and cleanliness should be addressed.

Location is good middle of the town. Facilities in my room is very basic, my toilet door can't lock, it is out of it's track.

The room is clean and the receptionist is very accomodating and we will go back there once we visit singapore once more
