Response from Property: Dear Ila Bellaa,We regret any inconvenience caused by our service not meeting your expectations and wish to address the matter of the $150 deposit, which is a requirement in accordance with our hotel's policy. It is pertinent to note that our standard check-out time is set at 11am to facilitate the timely preparation of rooms for subsequent guests. Consequently, any extension beyond this stipulated time incurs an additional charge of $20++ per hour. However, as a gesture of goodwill, we abstained from charging you for the initial hour, from 11am to 12pm. It is essential to understand that in the event of gratuitous late check-outs for all guests, subsequent occupants will encounter delays in accessing vacated rooms. This logistical constraint arises from the necessity to adequately prepare the rooms for incoming guests, a process impeded by room occupancy. We appreciate your understanding that failure to promptly turn over rooms due to occupancy hinders the accommodation of incoming guests.Thank you.
