Friendly receptionists and a convenient location close to City Square Mall and Farrer Park MRT! The room is comfortably sized and relatively clean.

This is truly shocking to me when I go in the room…

My experience at Owen House by Habyt was so enjoyable! Despite the negative reviews about the small rooms, our suite was surprisingly spacious. There was a comfortable sofa bed and a queen bed beside it. The TV had YouTube and Netflix which my kids specially enjoyed. The receptionist at the front desk called Glen really lit up the whole trip with excellent and polite service. However, the toilet had a rather foul odour which was quite unpleasant for users. The room was quite dimly lit and there were very few channels on the TV. Overall, Owen House by Habyt was an amazing hotel and I highly recommend it to everyone! 😊

Good location as the met station just beside the hotel. There’s shopping mall nearby too.

Check in went smoothly and the receptionists were friendly. Enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and modern design. It was interesting to note that the hotel had a shared pantry/kitchen that guests could use on one of the floors. The bed was comfortable but the pillows don't provide much neck support. Most basic hotel amenities were offered, but there were no tissue packs avail. Sound proofing wasn't the best since there was a pretty clear gap between the room door. Nonetheless it was still an acceptable experience.

Clean and classy looking room. Located within 5 mins walk from Farrer Park MRT and City Square Mall. And above 15 mins walk from Mustafa centre. Nice place. Happy stay.

It was my second time. I requested a higher floor and city view room to celebrate my 🎂 birthday. But they even didn't even bother about anything about my kind request. Staff are not professional,not friendly at all. When I was checking the man who was on duty. He called my " What's bro? Even they the simple manner they have been not trained. " He responded to me. I'm a security here. This is your room card. I really don't understand why they don't let the guest fill the arrival form? The staff even though they don't know how to write it. I have to spend 20 minutes out there. Cleanness ok! Bath towels are old and dirty. Room size, ok! At the check out the receptionist, she even don't bother how about staying or anything. Her concern was that if there is anything, we will charge it to your C/Card. Even though they don't explain anything at all at the check in. There were some 🐀 rats in the hotel. I couldn't take photos. I will never recommend to anyone this motel. My kind request to the management is to please change the staff for future good review comments. Thank you I couldn't take many photos because I'm not there to explore the hotel.

Good location, near MTR and shopping centre. Staff is helpful and friendly. The young girl helped to call a taxi and helped to our luggages to taxi.

Newly built property located at prime location. Easy access to MRT. 7/11 & many indian restaurants nearby at walkable distance. Room is excellent with common kitchen area in 4th floor. Check in & check out was fast although they charged for early check in & late check out. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a decent family stay.
