The room size is bigger than other hotel rooms in Singapore. It's very clean and the staff are very helpful. The buffet breakfast has a good varieties of foods, will definitely come back when we visit Singapore again.

Hotel is clean good location for finding good foods. But hotel breakfast is just ok, not much choice. Good stay no complain 👍👍👍

Generally had a good stay as usual, the room was a little dated but very clean at least for the room we had occupied. Would like to highlight the lady housekeeping staff on level 6 was very detailed and helpful. Was unfortunately unable to get her name (she could speak Chinese well and sounded like she was from Vietnam) but things definitely worked better when she was around. Grateful for the housekeeping gentlemen staff on the 4th level for passing us a fresh set of towels. Very appreciative of their efforts in making our stay a restful one. Staffs at reception / check in was also very helpful and friendly. Just one small gripe. The usual super cheerful and nice breakfast managers seem to have left. Recalled they were better in terms of managing the crowds, tables and disposition. There are now more than 5 staffs around during breakfast hours on some days but tables are still mostly uncleared. Also, there was a Chinese lady with long hair seemingly with strange set of manners towards local guests which left a sour impression for myself. Thankfully only encountered her on 2 out of the 7 days of our stay. Breakfast spread is decent albeit the croissants were hard as rock for 3 out of 7 days but all in all, would recommend for a stay!

It was a present stay in this hotel, just only the food was quite limited. Good service, they even upgraded my room as the booked one was pretty narrow.

A good functional hotel. Engaging and efficient staff and good choice for breakfast! A 15 minute walk to nearest MRT but manageable. Would use again as a base if in Singapore again!

Room was clean and renovated, The concierge was really helpful and friendly.However our room aircon is really very very warm even we asked maintanance team to check on it , it couldn’t be resolve☹️

The room was Ok. The shower in my room was not entirely enclosed, causing water to splatter to the rest of the bathroom. The breakfast was good and it was free. I was trying to wash my clothes in the laundry room and a female staff member helped me with it. Location is great although there is a lot of traffic. There is a bus top in front of the hotel where you can take bus 124 to Newton MRT station which is just one stop away from Orchard station where ION Orchard is. Or you can take bus 124 to Harbourfront where you can take MRT or cable car to get to Sentosa. If you want to visit Merlion park and Marina Bay Sands, you can take bus 130 just a block away.

Everything was beyond expectations I had a great stay it is not crowded area And they nearby food especially buk ku teh

This is the second staycation this round on weekends !! No doubts in the services provided , I like the most on breakfast atmosphere, the breakfast service teams done the good job / service is fast and attentive to allocate hotel guests place to seat / food is fresh and nice as well as quick to replenishment . I will make it the next to check in !!

Good breakfast. Small room but ok for couple. Comfortable bed

The processing time for check in and out is fast. Breakfast varies also ok. Suggested to have sunny side up egg for the option. Comfortable room with quite environment. Receptionist is friendly.

The room is small, location far away from MRT, it was difficult to contact the hotel staff, and the stall also arrogant and not willing to helpful.
