ISA Hotel is really great. The staff who checked us in was the staff who lived in the hotel. We arrived at the hotel very late and were really tired. Fortunately, the hotel staff helped us take all the luggage to the room on the fourth floor. I was really touched. Thank you 🙏🙏 Thank you to everyone who helped us. The front desk sister was really friendly. The next morning we wanted to go shopping, but didn't know how to take the bus, so I told the front desk sister that my English was not good, could you help us find someone who could speak Chinese, and as soon as I finished speaking, she immediately called the salesperson Yulie and communicated in Chinese throughout the process. It was really considerate. Yulie helped us solve a lot of difficulties. 😃😃There are many shopping malls (parkway parade & Katong I12) and delicious food, western restaurants around the hotel. In the evening, you can have a drink with friends near the hotel and take a walk back to the hotel. It's really relaxing and happy. The hotel is also close to the East Coast Beach (East coast park) and the airport 👍👍 The hotel is in a very good and safe location, the room is large, the service is good, and there are bus stops and subway stations outside. (Tanjong Katong MRT), the hotel is very close to Paya Lebar MRT station, and it takes about ten minutes by MRT to Bugis, City Hall, Dhoby Ghaut, and Orchard. I originally booked one night, but the stay was very comfortable and satisfactory. I renewed the contract directly with the salesperson Yulie, and she also gave us a discount. It was really thoughtful🎊🎊Fellow countrymen who come to Singapore for tourism can stay here. The price is reasonable and the service is good. It’s really great🎉🎉🎉
