Love our stay here! Very new and clean with outstanding amenities such as Dyson hair dryer, bang Olufsen speaker and also sterra purifier. It's very near Havelock mrt and the staff are very friendly. It has a river behind the hotel for a nice little stroll after meal. Will definitely be back again!

Oh, you're in for a treat! First things first, the staff at this hotel were truly remarkable. They had this uncanny ability to anticipate my every need. It felt like they had superpowers! Whether it was arranging transportation, or simply offering a warm smile, they went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. Now, let me paint a picture of the room for you. It was like stepping into a dreamy oasis. The bed was so comfortable and fluffy, it felt like I was floating on a cloud. The room itself was impeccably designed, with stylish decor and all the amenities I could ever ask for; the kitchenette, washer dryer, cutlery and more. It was the perfect sanctuary to relax and recharge after a long day. Just to add and suggest on breakfast could have more hot foods and cooking station; making scramble eggs etc. But what really set this hotel apart was the attention to detail and the genuine care they showed towards their guests. It was evident in the personalized touches, like a handwritten note welcoming me to the hotel or the surprise treats left in my room. It made me feel valued and appreciated, like I was part of a big, happy family. All in all, my stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical. If you're looking for a truly exceptional hotel experience, I highly recommend checking into this gem. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

The staff were very friendly and polite. Welcoming snacks were great. Free flow of drinks throughout the day. Close the great world mall. The room was clean and had high end appliances.

The room is in a very good location, the service is very good, some snacks were given when checking in, the decoration and configuration of the hotel are very good, I will choose this place again in the future, and I plan to stay in a bigger room later

Three generations of grandparents and grandchildren all like this hotel when traveling. The breakfast doesn't have as many choices as in the hotel, but it's delicious. It's as long as the dining table I photographed on P3, with bread (both sweet and salty), horn sandwiches, fruits and salads, and the children's favorite, freshly squeezed juice. There are also canned drinks. There is afternoon tea (happy hour?) from 6 to 8 pm, with wine and snacks (mainly fruits, chicken wings and pizza). The hotel is very small overall, with four floors in total, and each floor has just over ten rooms. It was probably full in the first few days of my stay, but the dining area was not crowded. The front door of the hotel is Brown Line Havelock Station, and the back door is Brown Line Great World Station. They are very close. The p8 picture was taken standing at the front door of the hotel. The yellow light in the middle of the picture is the glow of the subway station logo. The back door is the Singapore River. It is also very relaxing to sit by the river and watch others walking their dogs, jogging and riding bicycles. You can walk to Clarke Quay, Chinatown and Orchard Road (all within half an hour). There is an all-in-one washer and dryer in the room, which is necessary for a place like this where you sweat every day, and laundry detergent is provided. There are kitchen utensils but no condiments. There is a hot water kettle. There is welcome wine and macarons. There is a capsule coffee machine and capsules. The spare parts are of good quality. Points that need to be reminded: 1. The subway station at the door does not sell ezlink cards. You have to buy them elsewhere and recharge them near the turnstile. 2. There is an additional fee for bringing children using existing beds. 3. Disposable items do not include combs 4. If you check in late, it’s best to make a note. Although there was a Chinese-speaking front desk waiting for us when we arrived at 11pm, he didn’t know how long we would have to wait, which felt a bit pitiful. 5. It seems that the minimum booking is six nights

The price/performance ratio is very high, the facilities are complete and comfortable, the service is warm and thoughtful, simple food and drinks are also provided in the evening, and the surrounding environment is elegant.

The room is a little small, but it is still cost-effective to bring children. After all, there is a washing machine. There are not many choices for breakfast, and it will be gone if you go late during holidays, but snacks and drinks are always available. Late night snacks are also available at 6pm. The location is also very good, and the subway and bus are very convenient!

Good location, good view, convenient breakfast

First time visit to Singapore travelling from UK, stayed for 6 nights. After a lot of searching we are so glad we picked River Promenade. The loacation is amazing on the river 5 mins walk to MRT. The rooms are to a high standard and have everything you need. The staff were amazing and always helpful. Loved the communal area were you could relax and enjoy the your breakfast at overlook the river or sit outside next to the pool. Loved the nibbkes and drinks in the early evening. River residence really made our stay in Singapore and when we return this is where we will be staying 👍😀

The current offerings fall short of expectations, and a more varied menu would be a welcome change. One of the highlights of my stay was the serene walks by the river at night. The tranquility of the location is perfect for unwinding after a busy day. In conclusion, this hotel offers a remarkably homely feel with its well-appointed rooms and friendly service. While it excels in providing a comfortable and clean environment, enhancing the breakfast options would make the experience even more satisfying.

We have been to Singapore 12 times and stayed at major hotels. We found this place by accident. We could not get into our regular hotels. This place is a little gem. It does not look much from out side but will be surprised. It backs on to the Singapore river, it has total security. Rooms are clean and large has everything you want, electric oven, washing and drying machine, Microw wave. electric curtains , Dyson hair dryer AND COFFEE MACHINE. Beds very comfy rooms spotless and good room cleaning service. It has from 6-8pm free cocktails and food. You make your own cocktails, free beer and soft drinks. The food is satays, bread with meat , nuts and many more things Only down fall the breakfast is ok, but no bacon, bake beans and many other things. The pies and pastries you heat yourself in ovens. You have toast , cake , cereal etc etc. Metro station ten minute walk. Night time you walk along river to many cafes etc etc. Excellent price to stay, we stayed for one week found it cheaper than the top range hotels we have stayed in the past. Highly recommend the staff were excellent. WILL DEFINATELY STAY THERE AGAIN
