Service was great. Had a free upgrade, but room was a bit dusty/carpets were a bit dirty. Kettle in the room was a little faulty. Sound proofing needs improvement as well - can hear doors open and close from neighbouring rooms all the time. Other than that, pretty decent!

Nice modern design with spacious room. Appreciate the complimentary bar fridge items. 7-11 convenience store and few restaurants downstairs. Bed is super comfy! Nice view from hotel room hence I did unboxing of my shopping buy 🤣

A long check-in time. We waited from 2:30 PM to 4 PM to get the room, along with elderly and a child. There were no signs for queuing up, and people cut the line to reach the check-in counter. The receptionist did not respond to this issue. The cleanliness needs improvement, as there was a significant stain on the pillowcase. We opted for the breakfast and dinner plan, but the staff had no idea about the dinner plan. The dinner was provided by the restaurant located on the 2nd floor. It was a terrible experience, as most of the dishes we ordered from the set menu were out of stock. The restaurant only had a limited choice available. I do not recommend it. However, the swimming pool and gym room were good.

It was an enjoyable stay at Novotel Singapore on Stevens. Location is convenient, room is pleasant with all basic amenities present. Would recommend 😊

Had an amazing time there. Rooms were clean and spacious. Complimentary parking provided as well. Would definitely be back.

very nice hotel. location very near to Orchard shopping area, walking distance. there is also a shuttle service to drop to Shaw building. the hotel building itself is very well maintained. all facilities and room is good condition

The hotel is the hotel that I am looking forward to stay as I always pass by the route to Orchard and the hotel meet my expectation in term of the room, bed and the facilities. The morning buffet breakfast spread surprise me the most as it had a wife spread of choice from international, Chinese and indian cuisines. One of the bad experience that I have is the service of the house teaming team. When I reach my room, I found that my body shower gel and tissues had already run out where I did not even use at all. They did not replenish the items. In additional, when I use their online service to request for housekeeping to replenish these items, my requests got checked off without the items got replenished. I also had to call the operator and reception a couple of times before finally the items came to the room late at night. I hope they improve the service of the housekeeping team to meet the customers ask. Overall I feel a little disappointed because of the experience that I received from the hotel. Probably won't go back anymore.

Not many staff at the receptionist table especially at evening hour where many visitors check in and the bellboy only 1-2 persons. Take times to check in at least 15-30 minutes. Very2 unacceptable

This is actually my 2nd time staying in this hotel, very clean and nice! The hotel is near the bustling road of orchard so can just take a walk down! The staff were very friendly and nice, the check in process took less than 10mins! Very efficient and fast, didnt have to wait at all! The room was very nice and clean, would definitely come back again! ;)

It was a great staying experience with great location, clean room and great pool for a relax swim. Had dinner at winestone with great food and wine. Service was excellent throughout. Will be back again. Highly recommended to stay.
