The room was so dirty and smelly. And there was a cockroach.

2nd time staying here. Room getting this time is better than 1st time , at least having hot water for bathing. Just this time is no hair dryer in the room. Luckily have bring own hairdryer this time

The hotel is near mrt station and check in was smooth

I arrived at the hotel at 17:35 on the same day and checked in at the service desk at about 21:42. However, I saw that the room 507 given to me was very small. I booked a large room, so I asked a Malaysian lady at the service desk to change it. She said that I paid very little and could only stay in a small room. After discussing for about 40 minutes, she gave me the key to the large room 517. However, the door lock of room 517 was broken and the door could be opened without a room card. I went back to the service desk on the 2nd floor and asked for a room change. Then, I got the key to room 317 and it took three hours to move my luggage into the room at 00:40 on April 7. From the first time I requested to stay in the large room I paid for, it took a total of 3 hours of painful experience. The service of this Malaysian lady was particularly bad. She scolded me, pointed her fingers at my nose and face, and she held my wrist with her hand, pushed me, and told me to go back to China. The hotel manager said that the platform had made a mistake in the photo of the room and they had upgraded me for free. Later, I was in the room and my heart and head hurt a lot. However, I hope they can help me see a doctor. Then the Malaysian lady and the manager called me a *** and said I was lying and threatening them. Later, I left at about 8:20 am on April 7th. I hope to severely punish this hotel.

There are no porters, narrow rooms, small elevator, only the location is strategic
