We really enjoyed our stay. Amazing location, friendly staff, nice breakfast and wonderful room. Good value for money. We will come back!

I must say their attention to detail is top notch. We booked a Staycation here just after our wedding. Wasn't under any hotel wedding package but we were pleasantly greeted with a note & cake in our room. Amenities were all well maintained with a huge area for makeup & hair which I love. The view from the room was amazing, everything was clean & tidy. Not forgetting, the amazing breakfast spread is a MUST have!

Location is great, breakfast variety is excellent, poolside and rooftop bar has the best view, only complain is the smell in the lobby area and the layout of the rooms.

The view is good and size of the room is comfortable. Wish there would be more than one bottle of water provided. Overall, a very comfortable stay

I arrived at 16.30 and the room is not ready. I need to change my cloth before going out so they let us use the changing room instead. So disappointed. no complimentary at all The breakfast is incredible. Love it.

Had a 1 day staycation and we love the room. The room and bathroom are both spacious. We upgraded (pay an additional fee) at the front desk to a city view one as the one we purchased has no view. There’s a speaker and an analog alarm clock in the room. There’s also Nespresso machine with reusable capsules. The first snack bar are free of charge. The body soap is good quality. I only wish for the bedroom slippers to be the normal ones not the flip flop (as seen on image). Only thing is the food at Mr Stork was not good. The breakfast is so so.

Staycat at andaz. Location is very convenient to bugis mrt and easily access. Room is very big and their in room dining tastes fantastic. Enjoys the stay alot.

Hyatt Andaz Singapore is short of my expectations. You can expect a ‘bigger size’ version of Hyatt Centric but nothing else better than that. A few issues (also refer to pictures): 1. Room layout - much of the space is wasted on corridor making the bed and sit areas relatively small in this grade of hotel. There was no bath tub (shower only) given the price we are paying 2. Cleaniness - we found the room was not cleaned up to standard. Definitely much worse than a Hyatt Centric. We could see smudges of chocolate dried out on table and cosmetics stains still left on bath sink area. Slippers were definitely reused, that’s still fine but totally cannot tolerate there were dark stains on it. Must have been reused multiple times; 3. Room facilities and maintenance - silicon grouting moulded - imagine staring a moulded grouting while brushing your teeth in a 5-star premises. Shower takes forever for hot water to heat up and water flow was definitely slow too. Slight odours were noticed inside shower area too. Thought it is supposed to be a new building and we were surprised plumbing was so bad. The mood light mode definitely didn’t create ‘mood’. Lights were turned to its maximum power even ‘mood’ mode was used. Much of the toiletry wore out already without much maintenance; 4. Amenities - room provides Nespresso machine but don’t expect they are authentic Nespresso pods. CHRISTOPHE LAUDAMIEL Andaz uses was one of the worst smell bath soup I have ever had in a hotel; 5. Service - no turn down service given the rate of this hotel. Check in person even didn’t ask any help for luggage. There were no life guards nor attendants at all around pool area I am a long term Hyatt customer, but have never noticed once all these issues happen in the same room, which is totally unacceptable. These are some of the issues I notice after staying for one day on the premises. I cannot expect all these happen in an Andaz and it’s like a 3-star hotel standard. The hotel is around 3 year old as I understand (currently 2023) but maintenance is already so bad. Hopefully Hyatt can improve on that and don’t let down other Hyatt fans.
