There was no ventilation in the room. It was completely sealed and very stuffy. I folded an A4 paper into a ***** and clamped it at the door, leaving a 1cm gap. An anti-theft chain was installed. At 5 o'clock in the morning, the staff kept banging on the door in order to knock out the A4 sheet. I have called before and said that the room is very stuffy and I need to open the door. If the order can be canceled, I will definitely change the hotel. I regret booking here. Unfortunately, I encountered a bad Ctrip customer service.
