Wonderful hotel, room and location. 2nd property we stayed at that's under The Unlimited Collection. Lovely that they have the bar and open pantry for guests at the lobby. It's amazing to be able to walk to Chinatown, raffles place, tanjong pagar etc. Within walking distance of must visit hawker centres such as maxwell, amoy, Hong lim. Staff are really polite and welcoming. The only issue is that the in room TV is not a smart TV which allows one to connect their samsung phone and stream their own shows. We previously stayed at Wanderlust which is under the same group, where the room has a smart tv!! (sorry only a picture of the lobby and a blur screen grab of the bed... but I did take a video of the room which unfortunately I am unable to upload since there isn't a video upload option)

Fantastic location with 2 very good hawker centres within short walking distance. The free flow coffee and snacks bar at the lobby was very delightful. The free 1 hour alcohol drinks on one of the days was unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

The location is excellent. There is a subway station and a hawker center next to it. There are many popular check-in spots and food streets around it. The hotel room is quite large in Singapore. It is very comfortable. It is a pleasant stay. I visit the bar on the first floor once a day. All drinks and snacks are free. It is really touching. The service is very good. The only thing is that the thin and tall female waitress always seems to be worried and looks unhappy.

When I booked, I saw the bad reviews and was very worried, but I was actually very surprised and didn’t step on thunder 2. If Pullman doesn’t refund me, I will move back overnight… I am broken again…

Very average. Considering that prices in Singapore are high, a small room costing less than 2,000 is acceptable. The question is, why is the air conditioner outlet almost on the upper right side of the bed? A large air outlet goes straight to the right side of the bed, and people sleeping on the right side will be blown directly; if it is turned off, the heat will be unbearable. It's not people-oriented at all. This is enough to give me a low score. The second time I had a bad impression of Ascott, the last time was in Shenyang. I will not choose this brand again in the future.
