Super gross! Cockroaches welcomed our stay when we entered our room :( Ceiling in the room as well as in the toilet had molds. Our room had no windows probably that’s why the floor moist. Highlight though was the location is pretty close to shops and 24hr restos.

The location is quite nice and convenient. Right in front got a shopping centre name City Square.

very convinient location. in front of a shopping mall with access to MRT. drinks vendo outside the hotel. room size just enough for us.

The hotel is good for a budget spent 4 days there and the best part of it is the location, near city sqaure mall, mustaffa centre and the mrt. Highly recommended. 💖

The room fare is very competitive in that area, the location is convenient, near Farrer Park MRT station and shopping mall City Square Mall. Nearby hotel there have Mustafa shopping mall and a lot of eateries restaurants.

Close to mrt via entry at City Square Mall. room and cr is quite small. hot water provided in the hallway. air condition is okay. the only advantage i booked this is because it is the cheapest and affordable close to mrt

It's an old hotel, but the location is superb... Easy access to public transport. Near City Square mall

The room is little old and the toilet door is a glass door that feel weird even with family member

The terrible smell from receipt area to the room. first night, the Aircon water leaked inside our bedroom, promised to fix on next day.

The room is clean, and the bedding, and towels are washed. There is hot water, coffee, and bottled water in the room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was a great stay and will surely book again when we go back to SG.

every body at the front desk was great! was not able to get the names of the gentleman and lady, since i dealt mostly with Ms Yvonne. She is very helpful and hoes out of her way to make guests comfortable. Mr. David from housekeeping very kindly helped me with my malfunctioning luggage locks. it is a no - nonsense hotel with just enough amenities. water pressure and shower temperature was good. almost cancelled my booking because i saw a couple of negative reviews but my experience was great! room was clean (needed dusting on the windows and furniture but even 5 star hotels have that), room was small but then it is singapore

Not bad overall. Best mix of all. Don't mind coming back again tho :)))
