The rooms in this hotel are extremely damp, dark and humid. The quilts are wet, and the towels are wet even when you sleep on them. I changed two rooms and they were both so dark, damp and cold. I had nightmares every day when I lived in them. It is not suitable for human habitation at all.

I temporarily decided to travel to Singapore for a week's vacation, and chose Wensland Hotel. After checking in, I was very happy, and the sanitation and environmental services were satisfactory. We had a great stay at Lanson Place, the facilities were excellent and the staff were really helpful. The location is great, very close to Orchard MRT and lots of shops/cafes nearby. The room was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

Stayed here for 6 weeks as temporary accommodation on arriving into Singapore with a young family. I couldn’t have got luckier with my assignment to Lanson Place. It has the most loveliest team who create a wonderfully welcoming atmosphere for Children. Whether it is feeding the Koi, treats in the cook house or noticing it was my daughter’s birthday and arranging for cake and decorations - everything felt genuine and warm. Room was clean, well maintained, had all the facilities needed. The rooftop pool and hot tub was a firm family favorite with great views. Location was fantastic for a new arrival to Singapore, direct bus routes to all the schools on the doorstop and close by to all amenities like MRT, restaurants, malls and more. Despite its central location - there was no noise, fantastic feeling of safety (like all of Singapore). Couldn’t recommend Lanson Place more for families and cannot praise the entire team more for making happy lifelong memories.

New building in convenient location. Easy to get Grab. People were nice and friendly. I just loved Microwave in the room. The only and biggest problem was, after taking a shower, the bathroom stinks like waste water for a few hours!

Stayed there 5 months with my fiancee and our dog. Rooms are wonderful, spacious and clean. Facilities are perfect from the gym to the swimming pool. Position is probably the best in Singapore. Super mention for the whole Staff! Best experience we could ask for.
