Nice and cosy room. Love the toilet & shower room. Comfortable queen size bed. Will recommend to friends & family.

Only downside is there’s no multistorey car park. The parking area is just the parallel roadside parking.

BE AWARE!!!
This hotel is not as described or as seen in the pictures!
You have to walk through a restaurant, which smells of cooking to get to your room. The rooms are tiny and not as shown in the pictures. All you can smell is cooking oil throughout the place.
The street although next to raffles, is literally full of ************ and drug dealers.

Alright stay. But definitely not sound proofed at all.
Stayed on the second floor and our room faced the back of the carpark area and all you could hear were construction noises, people shouting just by the carpark below, trucks moving and a bunch of late night conversations by I’d assume foreign workers all night long.

Lovely little place in a busy street full of restaurants and bars. The room is small but plenty for a solo traveler on the go all day. Location is still quite good not too far from Bugis str on the Downtown line which will take you to so many sights. Very clean, seems like recently renovated. The free mini bar and bathroom amenities are great and the little free snacks in jars by the elevator are a cute touch. Staff was friendly too. Would definitely recommend

Awesome little hideout in the midst of the bustling cbd and Chinatown, bugis area. Near many heritage and noteworthy visit sites. A little pricey but the space is worthy it especially if you're someone who have fear of heights and dislike the view from tall hotel windows. Will return again! :)

Nice vintage hotel. Service was good, there were even complimentary mini bar and snacks! Service was good, room was big. There's a cafe just under the hotel which serves really nice food and the portioning is really huge! You'll even have discount for hotel guests!

My second stay here. Good location with only 5mins from bugis or city hall train station and surroundings with many food options here. Hotel service was good but we was located to a room which quite near to the housekeeping storage area, so that's a bit noisy with people talking around, shifting etc. And check out time was abit earlier compared to others hotel. Overall pleasant stay.

The location is great, room is cozy but a bit too small with this room rate. One disappointing thing for the 4 stars rating hotel, the male staff seeing me carrying a big luggage and trying to open the door ( the door is self-swing design, when you have no available hands to push the door , you need to use your back or others' help to keep the door open), he just told me where to check-in and back to his mobile phone. No help was offered at all.

located in a good area, accessible to Esplanade MRT and many buses
room is quite small but does not affect my stay and the free mini bar has many drinks 👍

Location was great , 2nd time come back here, but first time was better , asked for ice bucket told me only other guest is using it and, I don’t see why a hotel only have 1 ice bucket?.
And when we finally got 1 ice bucket , they said they can’t sent up to the room , we have to collect ourself at lv 1 quite ridiculous,
We got 4 person staying in the suite , but only comes with 2 bathrobe , when I asked for 2 more reception told me they can’t provide , when I asked why they just said we only can use that 2 given , but I booked for 4 pax?l
Might reconsider coming back again
