We recently stayed in a two bedroom apartment (2A &2C) and my mother stayed in a one bedroom apartment. Highly recommend this location to stay. Apartments were well maintained, guest services helped organising taxis if needed. Complimentary breakfast had variety. My children loved the pool and swam every day. The garden surroundings were lush and green. I would definitely stay here again

Very comfortable stay at the Treetops. The two bedroom apartment was spacious and the free Wi-Fi was the fastest (400+ mb) I have ever come across. Love the architecture of the building and pool gave a colonial vibe. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Second time staying at Treetops, its a bit old now, the sink was blocked, bedroom door was locked and mattress sinked in. The good side is they are very responsive and quickly fixed the problems.

The room facilities are old, some rooms are being upgraded, and there is some noise during the day. This is the second time I stay here, the same apartment type but no washing machine. There are not many varieties of breakfast, just to fill the stomach, various jams, coffee, etc. are of average quality. The swimming pool is big enough!

Stayed again four years later and it was still great! The lion dance on New Year’s Day is very lively! I got an unexpected surprise on my birthday with cake and red wine. I will come again next time!

I highly recommend this hotel. This time I traveled with my daughter. Considering the long time, I chose an apartment hotel. At first, I chose this hotel with a try-it-out mentality. I didn't expect that after moving in, the kitchen, various tableware, washing machine, living room, balcony are all available. The room is also large and the environment is good. The key is that living here feels as comfortable as at home! Great! I will stay here when I come to Singapore in the future!

The hotel is very nice overall, and it is very convenient to have a washing machine. Breakfast is relatively simple and monotonous, and the lack of a restaurant in the hotel is a major flaw. The room is big, clean, and there is a free bus.

The location is quiet in the bustle, near the Shangri-La Hotel and one step away from Orchard Road. The breakfast is really not complimentary.

I've stayed here many times. It's a good choice for families. The advantages are that the facilities are old. The breakfast is relatively simple. The transportation is convenient, and the surrounding area is convenient for shopping, eating and shopping.

To be honest, this stay was quite disappointing. The room was poorly soundproofed and noisy, and the service was also disappointing. Basically there was no service. You had to do it yourself. Very disappointing.

The management is very user-friendly. Unfortunately, Singapore charges a head fee. If there are more than one child, they will charge a head fee. Their room accommodates only two adults and one child. If the number of people exceeds, a head tax of more than SGD 50 per person per night will be charged.
