JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach Reviews

Best hotel in the city centre. Marriott always does extra miles. We are given a new room as the previous one is pretty noisy due to its proximity with the restaurant. The customer service team are excellent (Ms. Visakh) and the guest relation team (Ms. Mary Gloriani) for the birthday decorations for my daughter. Breakfast is always the best. I believe the best in Singapore in terms of quality and variety. Will definitely coming back again

Very enjoyable stay and the bed was nice. Would particularly like to thank chef nisalaka and our cleaner Joanna, but other staff were good too. Nice lounge food

Located near Esplanade MRT station. Convenient for food and shopping as appox 10 to 15mins walk to Raffles City Shopping Mall. Spacious room and warm services.

Service was excellent and the staff were lovely and welcoming. They put in every effort to make our stay more enjoyable and memorable!

Shower water too small. Air condition so cold even after switch off. Glass door of shower cubicle can break easily due to bad design of towel hanger.

The room is very clean and nice. However, there’s way too many mirrors in the room (not a bad thing) In overall, it’s cosy and comfortable. There’s not much service provided, so there’s nothing much to comment on it.

Great facility, beautiful infinity pool, trendy ambience, food, & excellent reception (specially huge thank to Mr. Talgat at check-in & check-out, the best hospitality ever experienced). However, the only fallout was breakfast buffet, where food was at variety, and delicious, but service was horrible, would say the worst in my life in 5 star hotel, no greeting at entrance (get ready to prepare leading yourself to seat) , no smiling across the restaurant, slowly taking away finished dishes, stacking up, guest moving around table on their own, so messed-up. Must get it improved, or keep ruining holiday mood for travelers beginning a day with breakfast.

The overall experience was good except with some issues encountered with the hotel on the membership program. The hotel doesn't recognise it as it was not booked through the hotel directly. Very disappointed.

1st time staying at this hotel and very happy with it. Everything is smooth in check-in and check-out and I requested for something for my daughter as we celebrating her birthday and got chocolates as well as a whole cake in the room. Love the location and spaciousness of the room and free parking is additional point. Breakfast buffet is good too. Only thing is the indoor pool at level 18 is way too cold to truly enjoy the pool and we see most people left the pool within 30mins cos its way too cold.

Was assigned a room in the new wing and had to take an elevator to another bridge to reach the correct elevator. Bedroom was rather small, but bathroom area was big with separated toilet and bathroom which was a nice touch. Room was also clean when checked in. Hotel location is also one of the best with direct bridge to suntec and within walking distance to raffles city. Only downside was the corridor towards hotel room was very cold

Amazing view from the pool but the water is very cold. Room is spacious & well decorated. Bday amenity was lovely. Lounge (afternoon tea, evening cocktails & breakfast) had a very good selection & quality. Overall highly recommend!

Check-in was fast, though the process is not that smooth perhaps the frontdesk js a trainee. Rooms at the east wing were nice, not in excellent cleaniless as some part of the walls are dirty but not complaining. musics can be heard from the nearest pub/bar at night. The pool is rather small but its sheltered so doesnt have to worry about bad weather. Housekeeping team were awesome throughout the days, very prompt in cleaning and replenishing items. Overall, would love to stay at JW Marriot again soon.
