[Check-in experience] The sea view room is quite large overall, and there is a small sofa. The shower room is also huge! After being depressed for a few days, I finally took a comfortable hot bath. It feels so big that it feels like two people can lie down 😂The toilet is a smart toilet, which burns my butt... After checking in, you can choose 5 snacks for free. The front desk guy took me to the locker and opened all the drawers for me to choose. Who knows that feeling🤩 [Internal facilities] The hotel seems to have two swimming pools. The 3F one is right next to the front desk. The shape is very unique and the environment is good. I didn’t go up to see the top floor. It feels like there is a party up there at night, and the music is quite loud. Because I only stayed for one night, I didn’t explore other facilities. I can take a good look next time. [External facilities] The hotel is downstairs from the Palawan Beach, and it takes 10 minutes to walk to the southernmost island of the Asian continent. In the evening, when the sun sets, it is still very comfortable to walk along the beach, and it is not very sunny. If you can’t walk anymore, there are many bus and sightseeing train stops along the street, all of which are free and you can get on and off at any time. 【Hotel Directions】 It takes 5-8 minutes to walk from the Imbiah Station. There is a signboard every two or three steps. Just follow the sign. The lobby is hidden and next to the Village Hotel. You will arrive almost immediately after passing the Village. The concierge is on the 2nd floor. If you have not arrived at the check-in time (15:00), you can store your luggage first and check in on the 3rd floor in advance. After you get the room card in the afternoon, the concierge will deliver your luggage directly to the room.

我衹能説這是一次極其糟糕的體驗。 先説酒店，酒店的前台居然是安排在一個停車場的地下室上去三樓，導致很多出租車司機根本不認識，步行出門也不方便。酒店的房間比預想中還要小很多，已經達到了居住不舒適的感覺，前台服務員也是對説中文的住客極其不耐煩，所以説英語才提現高級和優越？入住時溝通不要走廊盡頭的房間，前台一再保證不是可是入住時卻是我最忌諱的最後一間！房間是海景房正對泳池，早上會非常吵！最主要的是前台居然不主動提供進出聖淘沙的二維碼，導致出租車和小火車進來都被攔截！酒店嚴重不推薦！ 再説攜程的服務，垃圾中的垃圾，我們先到泰國，那時候我兒子就出現不適，我建議攜程幫忙退房，跟我説酒店不同意，我最後選擇入住但是提前一天退房，因為小朋友實在不舒服。退房時酒店告知衹要攜程同意酒店是可以退我最後一天房費的。於是我建議攜程接下來羅生門就來了，互相推脱，最後奇葩的攜程一位經理乾脆採用拖延戰術，是我遇到過的最最離譜的客服！所以訂國外的酒店一定不要通過攜程，本次體驗感真是極度差！！

酒店辦入住贈送五樣零食（自選），房間設施齊全，準備了咖啡，茶。酒店泳池小孩子玩得很開心

環境不錯，空調好冷

수영장에 아이들이 많긴 했지만 쾌적했습니다. 방도 예쁘게 꾸며주시고 뷰도 좋았어요. 방의 크기가 큰 편은 아니지만 탁자와 쇼파가 있어 간식 먹기도 좋았고, 어메니티와 커피머신기 등 기본적인 요소들이 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. 체크인 후 간식을 챙겨주시는데 다 넘 맛있더라구요! 무엇보다 센토사섬 모노레일과 가까워서 이동이 편했어요. 선텍시티나 실로소비치까지 10분 내외로 도착해요ㅋ 직원분들이 친절해서 싱가포르 여행에서 좋은 기억을 담아갑니다🩷 감사해요!

The staff at this hotel are "******", have a bad attitude, and the communication process is disrespectful. I am extremely disappointed! The main entrance of the hotel is in the parking lot, which is difficult to find. It's a long way to go to Sentosa Express and the directions are unclear. Hotels can give guests some guidance in advance. The baggage attendant smelled very much of cigarette smoke. The room is hygienic🆗, there is no door in the shower. The swimming pool environment is beautiful, but the water is not very clean. The friendliness of a hotel greatly affects the holiday atmosphere.
