Nice hotel Nice staff Good location Smell good all hotel Comfortable

I just had a problem checking in as the self check in is not working. But the customer service is very attentive and accommodating. She guided me all the way and been a very big help. I also encountered a toilet bowl with stain, the previous user did not clean it. But the rest is clean. They do not serve food so I was given a voucher as my booking has food inclusion.

Good value for money, right in China town. Bathrooms are very clean. Chat is helpful.

It has a great location for a tourist. Walking distance from the metro station. Plenty of restaurants around. The space is really tiny. I got a single room and I had to jump on the table to access the bed. The boy kindly changed my room to an easier bed access. The carpet was dirty and the bathroom average. There is no ventilation, I felt lack of oxigen. You can hear any conversation as if they were in your room. The bathroom was in another floor...Well, I guess Singapore accommodation is hell expensive and this is what I get for this money.

Location is good. Just 3mins walk to Maxwell station. However, cleanliness of the hotel can be improve.

It's fuss free, amazing for solo travellers. They provide dental kit if you ask for it. I booked it to study in peace, was decent as they have common areas I can work at. Only drawback is that the Chinatown branch can get noisy on a Friday night since there are nightlife establishments nearby and I booked the room with the window looking out. Still highly recommended. I had a good night's rest despite the noise (which isn't a big deal after the windows were closed).

Very good location and has a shared kitchen which you cook food in. The bedroom was quite small but this was only for 2 nights so it was fine. Shared bathrooms were also kept clean and tidy by other guests.

Great location, clean, and cold. It's not nosicy even if it's beside the main road. It would be great if you could add saddles for bath room.

Very good for backpackers and solo travellers. Cheep food stalls can be found nearby.
