There is nothing to say. You can directly refer to the following photos. Figures 1 to 3 are the room given to me when checking in. The moldy ceiling, spider webs hanging everywhere, only about 30cm of the toilet entrance, and the whole room is full of moldy smell. Figures 4 to 6 are the second room changed to me, which was given to me without tidying up. After asking them to clean up, I went back at night and found that the so-called shampoo, body wash and conditioner were containers filled with clear water, and the toilet was full of urine marks, yellowish quilts and pillows, moldy rooms, burnt smell hair dryer, sticky and black floors, broken water heater and an air conditioner that makes a sound in the midnight. I can't imagine what day I spent that night, and I couldn't sleep at all.

Needs to be more clean. Room is so small. Given internet access code was not working.

My request for window was not granted but undestood the situation.Only that we noticed about the upper deck of the bed is shaky and has some creek sounds which made us nervous if it is going to break in.The ceiling has some old stained from water leakage or somehing dried up like mold.Over all..it still okay to stay awhile .

This hotel is a friendly-budget choice conveniently located at lavender district and walking distance to Mrt station that will take you to your ideal tourist spot like, Chinatown, Merlions, Marina Bay and etc . They Offer air conditioned rooms with private bathrooms and free wifi. So for me, it is a great choice for travelers seeking convenience and affordable accommodation

I cannot believe I booked this hotel The only thing that I’m ok is the location There was no hot water for shower everyday, there was no slippers provided, there only one key card for one room Also, we asked for extras pillow at night but someone knocked on door at 8am the next day! I’d rather pay more for better hotel nearby

The hotel staffs are wonderful. Both Madam and Sir at reception are very kind and helpful. But the hotel room is too small even for a single person. For 10-12 hours it's ok, but for longer hours it's not preferable.

They have great location, near MRT lavender but maintenance very poor.on the first floor all the wall moldy and other facilities not working well.
