You can’t expect much when staying in a budget hotel in Singapore. We know exactly what we’re getting for the price we pay. It’s all about the size and cleanliness of the space.

Room is clear and near bus stop ~ walking distance to near lavender MRT station ~

-The room is quitely small for queen bed -Founded cockroaches in the room -Wallpaper is quietly dirty -Toilet clean -Location near at lavender st.

Booked for 3 nights for 3 person. When arrived at 4pm was told to wait for 10 minutes due to lock issue and they couldn't open the door for the room assigned to us, then have to wait for another 30 mins to clear out another room because they couldn't resolve the lock issue. Inside, the room is small, full of dust and even found a fingernail on the bedsheet, the fridge is dirty and shampoo container is empty and has to ask for a refill (they couldn't bother to check before assigning the room to us). Day 2: We inform the front desk staff to clean up our room before we head out but when we came back to rest at the hotel, the room was not clean. Only by 5pm, the workers came to change our towels, emptied our trash and replace our water bottles. The night before we checked out, around 3.30 am, the fire alarm went off and woke us from our sleep. It persisted for 30 mins and we had a bad rest. The overall experience for our accommodation is awfully poor and wouldn't recommend people to stay here. There are better hotels near Lavender MRT.

My stay at Snow Hotel Lavender was okay, but there were a few downsides. The room was really small, which made it a bit uncomfortable, especially for the price. The soundproofing could be better – I could hear noises from the hallway and nearby rooms, which affected my sleep. I understand prices were higher due to the F1 event, but for the rate charged, I expected a bit more comfort. The location was convenient, but I’d consider other options next time.

It's located near to food stalls with two train stations within walking distance. Simple and pleasant stay.

There is nothing to say. You can directly refer to the following photos. Figures 1 to 3 are the room given to me when checking in. The moldy ceiling, spider webs hanging everywhere, only about 30cm of the toilet entrance, and the whole room is full of moldy smell. Figures 4 to 6 are the second room changed to me, which was given to me without tidying up. After asking them to clean up, I went back at night and found that the so-called shampoo, body wash and conditioner were containers filled with clear water, and the toilet was full of urine marks, yellowish quilts and pillows, moldy rooms, burnt smell hair dryer, sticky and black floors, broken water heater and an air conditioner that makes a sound in the midnight. I can't imagine what day I spent that night, and I couldn't sleep at all.

I requested a late checkin and the owner gave us discount which I appreciate so much. This place is two blocks away from Lavender MRT Station and I find it very convenient since we have our senior parents traveling with us. Also, you can find a nearby 7/11 store, Fair Price grocery store, lots of atm machines, food courts and restaurants. Definitely will book again in future.

Needs to be more clean. Room is so small. Given internet access code was not working.

My request for window was not granted but undestood the situation.Only that we noticed about the upper deck of the bed is shaky and has some creek sounds which made us nervous if it is going to break in.The ceiling has some old stained from water leakage or somehing dried up like mold.Over all..it still okay to stay awhile .

Cheap price with good comfort and there are also nearby food courts with 250 m distance . reception lady is kind and awesome also super helpful
