Our stay at Hotel Indigo was great. The check-in time was at 3 pm but the receptionist let us check-in at 2:40 pm. The room was very big and there were two toilets which was convenient for us. The bed was comfortable and the TV had nice channels like Cartoon Network which my kids loved. The sofa was soft and comfy too. The hotel was also near East Coast and my kids had a fun time there. There were also many malls and restaurants near the hotel which was extremely convenient for us. Overall, our stay at Hotel Indigo was excellent and I highly recommend it.

Location and Accessibility: Located in the vibrant Katong neighborhood, the hotel offers a unique blend of heritage and contemporary charm. It's well-connected to local attractions and offers a glimpse into Singapore's Peranakan culture. Check-in Experience: Check-in was smooth, and we were pleased to find that our request for connected rooms—a 2 Twin Beds Standard and a King Bed Standard—was accommodated promptly by the friendly staff. Rooms: The rooms were tastefully decorated, reflecting the Peranakan theme of the hotel. They were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with amenities that suited our needs. Having connected rooms was particularly convenient for our family stay. Breakfast: While the breakfast was included, we found it to be average compared to other offerings we've experienced at similar hotels. The variety was somewhat limited, and the quality was satisfactory but not exceptional. Service and Facilities: The hotel staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and dining options in the area. The hotel facilities, including the rooftop pool and fitness center, added to our overall enjoyment. Overall Impression: Hotel Indigo Singapore Katong provided a pleasant stay with its comfortable rooms, convenient location, and attentive service. While the breakfast could be improved, the connected rooms and ambiance of the hotel made up for it.

I wanted to take a moment to express my satisfaction with my recent stay at Hotel Indigo Singapore. From the reception to the room facilities, everything was top-notch. The tidiness and amenities were excellent, and the quality of the breakfast was outstanding. I will definitely stay at Hotel Indigo Singapore again in the future. The location is conveniently situated midway between the airport and downtown, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. located at Katong. Not close to MTR station But there are several shopping malls nearby, it is easy to eat and shopping. The design of toilet and bath is not user friendly.

Positives - complimentary welcome drink (iced tea or iced latte) - great hospitality - great service recovery (was stuck in the lift for 30 mins. Staff (Winston) offered complimentary dinner at hotel restaurant, free parking coupon and extended late check out (was already offered late check out of 2pm and was offered an even later check out) - Peranakan motifs in hotel lobby and in rooms - eclectic choice of room decor (carom table, clogs, spittoon, sewing machine table just to name a few) - good choice of complimentary items (twg tea, Nespresso, bacha coffee, 3 different types of sweets) - huge room fridge - Great views of Katong from room - roof top Infinity pool offered 270 degrees view of the area Negatives - no Bluetooth speaker to connect my music - tv no Chromecast - limited cable tv channels - round bath tub may not be for everyone’s liking - dreaded Ame toothpaste

Always wanted to explore the Katong enclave and we decided to go with this hotel. The staff took into consideration our special requests and fulfilled them — really thankful for this. The room was spacious, clean, with many pleasant surprises like a foot bath! The view at the pool was amazing! Will definitely come back again!

Great location, nice architecture, nice pool area,, delicious breakfast, very friendly and supportive staff. Only AC-noise was above average. In total, we were satisfied.

Cozy Clean room. Convenient location. 3-5min walk from bus stop. Eateries n shopping centres, even the beach (20-25min walk), all within walking distance. Nice friendly helpful staff. Love the roof-top swimming pool.

Great customer service. Clean and friendly housekeeping personnels. Overall good but had to wait till 5pm to check-in due to room not ready and had to go to reception to ask, not informed the room was ready.
