Staff were very attentive and friendly upon check in. Quick to notice it was my wife's birthday and was given a complimentary gift for the occasion. Kids loved the layout of the room and has their own hangout corner at the sofa with the TV.
Breakfast was awesome and wished we could have it daily. Tasty and well seasoned. Hearty full breakfast. Kids had fun at the pool before we checked out. God willing we would be back for future celebrations

Everything is good except the bedsheet got some stain and the hair dryer plug is cracked.
Location is super good and staffs are friendly.

Booked our bridal suite here at Oasia Sentosa for 2 nights, but did not receive a word of congratulations from the staff, which was a tad disappointing.
The room was standard and clean enough but the safe did not work on the second night, which was horrifying as we had to store jewellery and cash that day.
Breakfast could be better in terms of selection and quality.
Wanted to soak in the pool but the location was not conducive as we had to walk through the hotel lobby to get to the pool (and back).

Location is perfect. Just next to Sentosa Express.
The swimming pool is small. Check in is slow. Hotel breakfast is good quality.

We've had a blast one night stay.
Hotel staff were friendly,especially Izat.
Room was very spacious..
And they helped us to setup the sofa bed nicely.

It’s our 3x back to this place. My kids love this place so much cos of the pool and the cleanliness of the room. The room is specious for the kids to run around. It also feel so chill and relax when you stepped in to the place. We will definitely come back again.

The room is old and feels empty. The wooden floor is full of scratches and luggage tracks, and the panels in the bathroom are cracked and breaking. The service is not great: no one is there to open the main doors, the check-in is very slow, and when we first requested our room to be cleaned earlier as we wanted to stay in one day, we were ignored. The bath was great, though.

The hotel, with its white brick exterior, green porch, and wooded surroundings, evokes the charm of the British colonial era. It offers a peaceful retreat from the city noise, and serves delicious, upscale meals worth trying, while still being close to entertainment within Singapore. Located just a 3-minute walk from Imbian station that's super convenient to get around Sentosa. A very popular Hotel to both local and tourists. Will come back again.

We had a bad experience here because my son, who is suffering from nose allergy, couldnt sleep at all as the air con vent had loads of dust and mold on it. Even the bedside lamp had dust.
The bathroom sink was blocked on the day we arrived and the tap had very little water coming out which made washing our hands very difficult.
The hotel staff are very polite and kind though. They're all very helpful.

Location is good nearby train station, Korean street and town area.
Swimming pool vibes are goods. Have bike for rental for free

Celebrated birthday and hotel was kind enough to provide complementary amenities.

Izat, Devi took good care of our check-in n even arranged brownie surprise for our son's advance birthday celebration with a handwritten birthday card from.the Oasia team. Mary from Bedrock was most friendly and hospitable during our breakfast sessions both days n arrange a pleasant surprise for our boy too which left us most touched. Many thanks to Cheng Xi n Izat once again too for helping with our luggage close to check out n fellow team mates during our check in too.. Bath tub size was nice n my kids love the thoughtful waterfall taps..Housekeeping most helpful tidying our room and allowing exchange of towels during our stay too.
