The room is a bit small but I slept well. The cleanliness is ok. The staff is good and average depending on their mood. There is a water hose in the bathroom. It would be better to bring an extension cord because there are few power outlets. There is only a bus that you can take at the entrance of the alley. There are a lot of Indians in this area. There are many restaurants. There is a grocery store in front of the hotel. It is convenient, but walking into the alley hurts your legs a bit. Overall, it is good and you can sleep.

Price and quality - correspond. Shops are scattered around, you can buy water, beer, cheaper than in 7/11. Restaurants, Indian 24-hour eatery and, what was very helpful, a bus stop, from which you can get to all the sights quickly and inexpensively

Location: Located in an area with lots of food, especially the famous frog congee, but it might be a bit far from the city and tourist attractions. It takes about half an hour by bus.
Room: Booked a superior room with a large bed, but on the check-in day, the staff upgraded me to a family room that could sleep 3 people, so I had a bit more space. The room had everything except a refrigerator, which I was used to drinking cold water. The walls in the room were a bit thin, so when other rooms talked in front of the corridor or door, I could hear everything.
Price: About 2,000 baht per night, which is acceptable compared to hotels in the city, but as you might expect, it will take a bit more time to take the bus into the city.
