Fragrance Hotel - Rose Reviews

The room is small but it’s clean, and knowing the price rates in Singapore for hotels, this is a decent one. It’s also near hawker places so it was easy to get good food at a fair price. We booked two rooms (one for me + my niece, and one for my nephew’s family). My nephew’s family encountered smell problems with the room they’re in and when I talked to the manager, he was very kind and accommodating that they helped them move into a better room right away. If I decided to come back to Singapore in the future, I’ll definitely consider booking at Fragrance Hotel again.

We stayed for 6N, staffs were nice and approachable Cleanliness is excellent.Change of Bath Towels everyday. Location was good!

The room was cleaned, staffs were good. However, the room's extremely small (similar room size as Japan's 1-2 stars hotel) Bathroom is a little bigger than airplane toilet. The shower is between the bathroom door& toilet bowl. The towel can't wrap around my body. Not comfortable to stay for two person's.

Always been choosing these hotel since it’s very convenient, clean and cheap is just a bonus.

Nearby hotel got hawker Centre walking distance, easy to access to everywhere. We are happy they provide us a window room. Thanks :)

Super excellent service by the hotel . All if good start from receptionist , hotel room and also all equipment function . They also provide toiletries . Very easy to access the bus , will comeback . Oh also near to ABC maju restorant , food very nice

The location is very nice. With lots of fast food and Restaurant just around the area. Walking distance. The service is great. Only the hallway is the problem because a bit smelly. The service is great.

As mentioned in the reviews, the front desk was very responsive and we had a comfortable stay with quiet. I really appreciated how they helped me print tour vouchers, found a nearby laundromat, and arranged a taxi to the zoo on a particularly difficult morning. The front desk staff at night was also kind. I had a hard time finding a place to use the outlet in the room because it had a poor connection, so I would be happy if this could be fixed. I would like to use it again if I ever go to Singapore.

The floor had hair and there were drain flies coming out of the bathroom drain trap. They are on the ceiling and wall of the bathroom and when I opened the door, they also flew out. The first room the door lock was faulty and they changed to a bigger room. But at 3am there was some party going on in the room opposite mine. I had to call the reception 3 times before someone picked up. There is no fridge in the room, the other Fragrance I stayed at had a small fridge.

the room is too small , the bathroom also, very hard to move. the location strategic near to bus stop

Was Booking for Taylor Swift The Era Tours. The Location is great. The pillow and blanket was a bit not nice.
