Kindly allow us to clarify this building was built in 1952 and when our management had bought over this Art Deco building to operate our serviced residence in 2008, Ascott Raffles Place Singapore was listed on the revered list of heritage buildings by the local authorities. Hence, we humbly admit we are unable to make any alteration to the façade and structure of this building to include a car park within our premises. However, we would like to assure you our management has in many instances approached the owners of the nearby buildings to lease part of their car park for our guests’ use, but to no avail.
