Spacious room although it feels dated, opens out to a verandah that overlooks the pool and river. Very pleasant, fuss free stay.

Overall hotel room size and location are acceptable is what In expect and describes. Quality of Service front desk are so low and breakfast provided like Indian breakfast style . Won’t be back here for next time 😩

Everything is good thanks 😊 relaxing the place.

The family room was spacious and we had the connecting room. Staff was helpful whem we approached them. They were generous with the complimentary  items in room when requested. The kids enjoyed the clean pool. The public shower was clean too.

Nice big room and service is great. Front counter staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of fresh air and love the balcony,  great for having lunch/dinner and get plenty of fresh air viewing the golf course  and ponds.

Big room, amazing kids pool. They provide free shuttle bus to Yishun MRT. Provide washing machine a d dryer too. There are shops and restaurants near. Overall, very nice experience there, definitely will come back to stay there again.

We stayed here for one night during our recent trip to Singapore. I love this hotel, it's perfect for a family trip. It has great facilities, lots of great swimming pools, great golf courses, gym and even a supermarket. In addition, there are many other facilities. We stayed in room 103, which was very nice and big. There was a swimming pool next door that was especially suitable for children. There were plenty of choices for meals, but there were no halal options, which was disappointing. But what makes us happy is that there is a subway here and there are many restaurants with delicious vegetarian food. The wifi was not free which was a bit surprising as we didn't expect to have to pay for the internet. However, overall the hotel is still very good.

First impression- Wow upon stepping into resorts as my daughter having her wedding event here. But unfortunately during check-in /out, was serve by a lady FO's with no name tag.No smile on face or greeting in welcoming/asking how was the stay aside asking for our ID's and incidental deposit, not explaining of facilities offered during our stay. 1 more thing- resort dont provide concierge service which was a turn off in which i have to do my own pushing of heavy boxes by trolley with staff just looking without offering any assistance. Overall stay was ok-room spacious,bed n pillow comfy.Wedding venue was big and banquet staff is accomadating.Kudos to team effort ensuring our guest was happy and satisfy of service shown. It was also good thou shuttle bus provided in & out of resorts with schedule timing.Will consider to stay again in future.

Excellent stay. A kids friendly place. Very quiet and cosy rooms. A good place to escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Parking amenities is good and smooth check in and check out. Highly recommended.
