Nice and friendly checkin . Services are good . Very clean and tidy: hotel staff are professional, looking forward to stay again.

The room and stay is OK for a short 3day trip. Just using the hotel room for sleeping at night, during the day is always out since it's travel/ vacation time to explore the city.

The bed sheet was very old, and the air conditioner in the first room wasn't working well. After reporting this to the staff, they gave us a new room where the air conditioning was fine. Overall, the quality matched what we paid for.

The check-in time was convenient. I am also satisfied with the luggage storage service. However, I did not receive the friendliness and smile of the staff. Except this , I am satisfied with the rest of the services.

If anyone planning to stay in this hotel… you need to experience this.. I can’t explain.. good luck to you all… most likely hotel for bunch of guys hired ****** for few hours..

Its ok, budget friendly and the service is just what you paid for, I rate it like that because there are 2 guest but they never serve for 2 people rather 1, they doesn’t change the linens and tap up new brush, service water, tissues. etc… either its a nice hotel.

Excellent service but poor cleanliness. The staff were friendly and attentive, but the rooms needed better cleaning.

They should have notify the guest that their location is in the red zone so that the guest can set precautions when they decide to roam around the area.

This was an out of the way part of town and a little rougher area, with lots of ladies of the evening about a 2 minute walk away. The room was quite small and the bed not the most comfortable. The service ended up being OK.

The room is abit dirty and toilet water heater is not hot in the end I have to take up cold water.😐

The room not cleaning well with flooring so dirty ., regarding location is ok easy to access to crowded areas.,

You get what you paid for. Just basic needs and a place to sleep
