Hotel 81 Cosy Reviews

The hotel manager let us have our early check in when he saw that we have a toddler with no added fees. He is also very accommodating and easy to talk to and even gave us a map of nearby tourist food & shop destinations plus showed us on how to get to those places. It was really a pleasant stay and we will definitely return and recommend to our friends and families! Good job Hotel 81 Cosy :) Our Singapore trip is one for the books!

Sometime can be improve like door lock no technology & interior very dirty

Hotel had a great location, but the actual room was ok. Definitely worth the price though.

Very good location with many local restaurants and bars nearby, suitable for a good evening out and not have to worry about getting a taxi.

It was an amazing three days in Singapore, and many thanks to the staff of this cozy hotel who provided us with the best room. It was our favorite roof with a stunning view of the city. Being in the city center, we did not hear the noise of the city. Very clean around, no one bothers and very close to the metro, for those who came to get acquainted with the city - this is the perfect place!

I had a bad experience with Hotel 81 Cozy on Dec 21 and 22. 2023 I booked 2 nights for a deluxe room with a window.(Paid extra) However, when I arrived the reception gave me a smaller one with no window. I went down and showed her my reservation. She told me the room that I ordered was not ready ( It was almost 6 pm ). After 5 minutes I got a room that I ordered but the air conditioner was not working properly. The next evening, as the room was so warm, I went down and requested a room change, I was changed to a room with no window and smelly. Anyway, my whole stay in Singapore was wonderful minus the unsatisfied experience with Hotel 81 Cozy.

the personnel in the front desk were so kind. they provide everything that we need. wifi is also great

The vessinity was good . it was clean and the hotel host was very helpful.

Very nice place and happy environment. Super clean. Well hygience. Upgrade us a bigger room cause staff see we have more than 2 luggage. Appreciated it.

Cosy atmosphere. Cool aircon and friendly staff. Nice place to chill . Near eateries.

Living in singapore is so expensive The hotel located in a good place and nearby the chinatown but sound insulation is terrible

Room is a little small but ok for the price. It is pretty close to the subway station. The air conditioner is noisy and need to be fixed.
