Terrible customer service experience. The front office staffs named Kimberly and Pula did not gave us the correct room type despite paying more for it on trip.com. Our room suppose to come with patio. We asked the front office if they can helped us with it but they brush us off without offering any attempt to help us. The service recover was extremely bad. We warn all guests to avoid staying this hotel until management changes the culture mindset of the front office staffs. We met other guests at the common area that shared similar issues.

The hotel is in a very good location, near the subway, and there is a Chinatown Plaza nearby. It is very lively at night. Have always booked Kesa for all my colleagues who’s here for a business trip! Good location. Near to bars! I was told the bed is really good, nice amenities. Overall, it was a smooth check in for my team.
