We stayed in the hotel for five nights. Conveniently located near Chinatown, it's easy to find good lunch options nearby. However, our experience with room service was disappointing. For the past three days, the TV has not been working. On Sunday, no one came to collect the rubbish. Also, for the past three days the corridors were flooded and we had to walk through the water which got our shoes wet. The staff made a lot of noise when they used equipment to blow away the water, which disturbed our sleep. The safe was broken, the door lock was faulty and the staff entered our room while we were showering.
