Really nice location which is so convenient to get to many places in orchard. Swimming pool is spacious and clean. Rooms are huge Hotel staff are well trained and have good manners and so polite. The stay here is worth it.

Clean. Perfect location. You can just walk 2 mins to the bus stop and 11 mins to the MRT station. Breakfast buffet is excellent with varieties of food . However, the check-in process is very slow. The counter has only 1 or 2 person in charge most of the time

Cheapest among booking sites. Hotel is near to bus station and located along Orchard Road the shopping district of SG. Breakfast buffet has various selections (American, Chinese, Indian etc) View from our room:

Staying again in Orchard Hotel brought back good memories from many years ago. Happy that it kept its classy feel. Breakfast buffet has many choices but can improve further on taste. Concierge staff are helpful. Check-in would have been addressed better if the self check-in screens were actually working and staff are more helpful, knowing that there would be a surge of visitors for the Eras Tour.

Exceptional service from the staffs of this hotel. I would surely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Trip.com rate is competitive than hotel's corporate rate, last minute deal wil be cheaper, however the window is locked, 24H aircond supplied despite u r out of room is not environmental friendly. Free upgrade provided by the hotel. Bus shuttle to airport is in front of the hotel.

We made reservations at Orchard Hotel, setting the stage for a heartwarming New Year celebration with our family. The weather presented challenges, but our spirits soared when we discovered a charming New Year event within the hotel's confines. Surrounded by the soothing ambiance, our hearts resonated with joy as we ushered in the New Year with a sense of togetherness and gratitude. A special thank you to Orchard Hotel for curating an experience that truly touched our hearts.

I received an upgrade to signature room, for which I am very happy about it. But the queue to check in was very long, it took 45mins of queuing to check in. The hotel, being beside orchard tower, was unfortunate. At night past 11pm, if you exit the hotel to get some snacks or walk on the street outside the hotel, you may get harassed by girls. On my stay on the 26th, In the orchard hotel (orchard wing) lift, there are girls soliciting, showing their Wechat QR code. They alighted on the 8th floor. I hope the management can look into it.

This is my 3rd time and surprisingly finally i was being served by SAHUL and comes with a SERVICE WITH A SMILE. I had wrote a review before that this is 1 of the hotel with a very unfriendly service staff. I came here again its more because of the comfortness of the room and we love the pool. So please keep up with that smile.
