Clean and nice and a very good room. Staff are friendly. Food was great. Water provided. Great wifi and goof television.

Located near town. View from 26th floor was amazing. Food at red house was great.

First time staying here since Covid. Check-in was fast. It was a self check-in system. Only thing is that they didnt accept contactless mode of payment for the hotel deposit. So i still had to proceed to the counter to complete my check-in as i did not have my physical credit card with me. Not an issue. There was a lift leading straight to the carpark. Very useful and helpful. Room size was acceptable. Not huge but not small either. There was a filtration system for drinking water. Therefore, no bottled water was provided. But then again, Singapore’s tap water is pretty much safe for drinking unless otherwise stated. Loved the rainshower in the room. I did not get the opportunity to try out the gym and the wellness services in the hotel. Will definitely find an opportunity to try them out someday.

Room is spacious and comfortable. Bathroom equipped with standing shower and bathtub. Overall stay is comfortable, just that the walkway to rooms/lift lobby though clean but dim, which could be due to the pale blue wall paint and carpet. For a short 2D1N staycation is OK. Nearest MRT is Havelock, which is approx 6mins walk opp. from Hotel

We stayed for two nights and both felt the quality of the experience was well below our expectations. When we arrived there were ants crawling up and down the windows and we had to get room service to spray the room. As I was not feeling 100%, I stayed in the room whilst my partner went for a walk to get food. I wanted to sleep but some of the bedroom lights remained on regardless of which switches were tried. My partner returned and he was unable to solve the light issue. By this time it was about 11pm so we called reception who arranged for two electricians to attempt to fix it. The electricians did a partial fix but said they needed to return the next day to fix the problem. They did fix the problem the next day but I noticed that they had to go into other rooms to also fix the lighting issue. During the first day we could not lock our valuables away as the safe would not work. This was eventually fixed. Furthermore on the morning of departure we were woken to persistent banging at 03:30 in the morning. I believe maintenance was scheduled to take place at this time. This was obviously not ideal! I then bought unopened packet food from a supermarket and kept it in a large zipped bag. Unfortunately on the day of departure the ants were all over the unopened packets of food which were in the new bag. The little black dots in the picture provided are ants. I also took a video of these ants. As I have a milk allergy, I was unable to eat the alternative food which the hotel provided to my partner in compensation. I am very disappointed with the lack of care afforded to the guests and would this advise against a stay here.

I have asked for late check out at 12pm. But we went for swimming at 11am and our door card cannot be used at the lift. We were stuck at the lobby for 15min. The hotel staff could not reactivate the door card and I have to tell them to use their staff card to access our rooms.

It was a pleasant stay at Grand Copthorne Waterfront. Room is spacious enough even though I booked the smallest room, which is the deluxe room. It's still spacious and the large king bed is also able to fit three adults sleeping comfortably. Location is good as it's walkable distance from Havelock MRT and Great World City. Receptionist however is not so friendly, but it can be avoided by checking in and out at the self kiosk. 😅

A rather short walk away from havelock station, concord shopping centre is nearby, but great world is a distance away. It has the typical amenities you would expect, toiletries, minibar etc. Lounge service was excellent - very friendly and helpful - and the canapes had some variety. Receptionist was unhelpful but most of the other staff i met were friendly and flexible. Overall a pleasant stay.

Impressive gym for a hotel - squat rack and a wide selection of free weights and cardio machines. Good for the travellers who needs to get some fitness work done in the hotel. However the lift waiting time was long during our time of stay ( a couple of lifts were being renovated). This caused some inconvenience.
