Repeat visitor but this time, room grouting mold was very visible and clearly not removed when room decor was refreshed under new owner Ascott. 2 minor room complaints not taken care of either so minus 3 stars; add 1 star for prompt service recovery from night duty manager

Location is good, air-conditioning is good, room is clean. Room is very small however serve the purpose of my visit. May consider staying again as long as the price is right.

Friendly staff, nice design, good food. Staff are friendly, the foods are yummy. Comfortable bed I love it and sure will go again.

Ideal location for travellers passing through or have appointments in Singapore. I was able to easily make my way around to where I needed to go and navigate back easily to the Hotel.

1st of all... me & wife check in this hotel for our short staycation of our belated wedding anniversary & celebrates our 59th Narional day. Check ins was smooth. But the TV was huge but spoilt, unable to watch the NDP. The 1st technician came & unable to fix. Then 1hr later the 2nd technician came to fix, but he failed too.. saying that we unable to watch local shows but Only youtube. But in the end Youtube also cannot see.. stated not connected to internet,etc. Big TV but Useless. The blinds on the right was stuck & no privacy so the whole staycations we had to closed the curtains. Even the toilet glass door unable to closed ( very hazardous if we accidentally closed it, & i had to placed a face towel on the edge to avoid the door to crack) the toilet sink n toilet bowl is so far apart & theres NO BIDET. Not Muslim Friendly at all. Mosts of the plugs are spoilt. Terrible. Theres no clothes hooks in the toilet too.. we only likes the aircon( cooling), the bed & the in- house soap/shampoo liquids. The hotel room is abit steep.( maybe its bcoz its PH seasons BUT we booked this hotel nearly a month ago), hmm ok overall, this will be my last visits here. I rather topped up few more $$$$ to get a better hotel.

Quite a nice and cosy room. Is likely to come back and check them out again. This time when I stayed there, the hotel waa still doing some minor renovations to the carpark and Level 2 and 3. So I didn't get to see these levels.

3 days bago magpalinis room 😅😅 unlike sa iba na every day ang cleaning. Goods ang location malapit sa mrt. Small room. Madami rin kainan sa labas.

all good cuma 5 malam cuma boleh cleaning only can one time , pity

I like to stay this hotel..previously is Hotel G now change to Hotel Gin..nice place for relax here..when i stay there they doing some construction work...nice staff and the toothbrush, sleepers u can take from reception there if u need it..that's good.. Recommended to stay this hotel..

The single room is small but comfortable. Everything you need is there.

Had a great stay! Food is just around the corner. Just a small distance walk to the MRT which is convenient. Staff is friendly too. Would recommend.

PROS: - Easily accessible and walking distance from MRT Bencoolen, MRT Bras Basah & MRT Rochor - Walking distance/nearby eateries - Rooms is quite spacious for one person CONS: - there was an unpleasant smell once entering the room. But the smell was gone once the air conditioner was on.

The room although small but so comfortable , walking distance to Bugis mall with MRT , so convenient . Down of the hotel have few restaurant which open 24hours with nice food , opposite hotel named fortune plaza was a gem with so many good food . staff are polite and their lotion smell so good (love it so much).Will come back again next time visit to Singapore
