I stayed here on a business trip and the overall service was great. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun. The only drawback is that the hotel does not have Chinese service. In the past, people who didn’t speak English well might have had to use a mobile phone translator to communicate.

There are two MRT stations within a 10-minute walk, so it was very convenient to get around. It was not far from the Marina Bay Sands shopping district, and I was able to check in around 1 a.m. (I sent an email in advance when I made my hotel reservation, telling them my flight arrival time and that I would be checking in late.) There was a water purifier on each floor of the hotel, so I could drink water for free without having to buy it, which was really nice.
I asked if they could give me ice at the restaurant on the first floor, and they did, so I was able to get a tumbler with ice every morning when I left the hotel, which was nice. The only regret is that the guest room floor was carpeted, so I think it was a little lacking in terms of cleanliness (of course, it can't be helped because it's a foreign culture). I think it would be cleaner if they didn't have carpets. Anyway, I had a good rest and trip at a nice hotel^^
