Clean but kinda ageing. Need some upgrade soon. No blackout curtains, so the sun woke me up. Comfy bed though.

Location is perfect. It’s on the top of Outram Park station. Chinatown, Clarke Quay and Marina Bay is walkable distance. Being near Chinatown is a great plus for good food.
Hotel has an open-air pool which is nice. It has a nice terrace aswell. Highly recommended. People at the hotel are very professional and friendly.

Very pleasant experience, location is excellent, MRT is just a step away, very close to China Town.
Room is big enough, equipped with drinkable filtered tap water along with free coffee and tea bags.

The hotel was right next to the MRT! The hotel was great and they gave us a complimentary one hour late check out for our anniversary!

The service experience was extremely disappointing, characterized by extensive delays during the check-in process and facilities that appeared outdated and poorly maintained. These shortcomings significantly detracted from the overall experience and left much to be desired in terms of us the customer satisfaction.

Disappointing experience in a 4 star hotel
The rooms were not as clean as a 4-star hotel should be. The blanket had sweat stains on it, and the staff wasn't very polite. Smiling is not enough, actions speak for themselves.
I booked a reservation under my name and paid with my credit card. I also provided my credit card number to the staff, but they used the name of the only male in the group for the check-in.
Ironically, they couldn't change the name on the booking even though it was originally under mine. They didn't ask who should be the registered guest, nor were they willing to update the reservation name. I was quite shocked that such a developed country could have such misogynistic behavior towards a customer, especially just a day before International Women's Day.

Looks like a 2 star carpeted hotel, they use water filter faucet in the toilet instead of bottled water, I'm not sure if it's only the head or there's a filtration under, not worth the price compared to other cheaper hotels in singapore. Swimming pool looks old tiles

Apart from the convenient location near the MRT, there is really nothing worth staying for. From the doorman to the front desk staff, there is no professional service awareness; the facilities are outdated, etc.

The hotel is super near outram park MRT, and a walkable distance to Tanjong Pagar. The location is convenient to go to sentosa and also other attractions in city centre. Service is good and rooms are a reasonable size.
