Love the ambience of the hotel. My family enjoyed staying during our weekend staycay! The breakfast spread is good and tasty! :)

Pre arranged amenities were not ready after check in. Messages were not communicated properly. And the staff at front desk was rude. Had a few stays here so far, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had.

2nd time staying with Park Royal on Beach Road. Requested for decoration as my fiancé’s birthday is coming up. They have kindly decorated the room with balloon, even giving us a tasty brownie. -1 for cleanliness as I saw a bottle cap on the floor from the previous customer. Service was tip top as usual. Would definitely come back again!

Great location. You just need your walk to the opposite side and you will get to enjoy a lot of food options. Another plus point is that there is a bidet in the toilet.

Great value for money hotel, simple but clean with reasonable location by the Kampong Gelam.

10mins walk from nicoll highway mrt, clean and bright hotel... many tourists spots and restaurants and cafes opposite, big swimming pool and delectable breakfast buffet!

Great service rendered from check in to hotel breakfast and check out! Bed was so spacious and we all had sucha great sleep!!

Everything good and convention

The location is good. Short walking distance to MRT Station. Surrounded by a number of good foods within walking distance. Breakfast spread is wonderful. Restaurant is spacious and bright. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Checking in process is efficient and friendly. Staffs are helpful. Will be back.

Hotel is spacious and it’s very near to Arab street and Bugis. Like the hotel because it came with balcony. Breakfast is good and the in house massage is great!😊

Room was okay, hotel had private carpark albeit abit far from hotel lobby as you have to walk through the mall. It is complimentary so cannot complain about that Pool was good and had a great view, but sun beds were insufficient and had bird shits on afew of them. Staff weren’t around to ensure cleanliness on this part.

We thoroughly enjoyed the club lounge privileges and the hotel staff were all friendly! Great location right next to Arab Street, Haji Lane, etc., and loved how the lobby and Ginger restaurant were decorated. Would definitely come again!
