Check in was smooth, hotel was clean. No bottled water was provided, instead there is a filtered tap in the room. Room was spacious to accommodate a family of three. Breakfast spread was good. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Park royal rooms are so spacious! It's amazing to be able to have that kind of space. So many eatries nearby at Haji Lane. Tarik was a place with good tea!

Clean room. Gotten a free upgrade. Strategic location. Breakfast spread was good. I would like to give a feedback on the breakfast service though. My mum was wearing the hotel room slippers and was told by the lady at the counter to change due to "safety reasons. However, we saw around 2 to 3 other hotel guests roaming ard and dining in hotel slippers. I wonder whether they were given the same advise as my mum as well? My mum felt she was picked on. If this is a rule, it should be enforced to all guests.

Love the ambience of the hotel. My family enjoyed staying during our weekend staycay! The breakfast spread is good and tasty! :)

Pre arranged amenities were not ready after check in. Messages were not communicated properly. And the staff at front desk was rude. Had a few stays here so far, and this is by far the worst experience I’ve had.

2nd time staying with Park Royal on Beach Road. Requested for decoration as my fiancé’s birthday is coming up. They have kindly decorated the room with balloon, even giving us a tasty brownie. -1 for cleanliness as I saw a bottle cap on the floor from the previous customer. Service was tip top as usual. Would definitely come back again!

Clean but the building has history

Great location. You just need your walk to the opposite side and you will get to enjoy a lot of food options. Another plus point is that there is a bidet in the toilet.

Is a lovely hotel, the interiors and the rooms have been recently renovated. In room dining choices are limited as compared to other hotels on the chain.

We had an absolutely wonderful staycation with the family! Raj and Munn at reception were exceptional. Generously upgraded both our rooms to Premier Club and were incredibly accommodating with a late check-out, making our stay even more special. Lovely bathtub! Comfy bed! The breakfast spread was delightful, with something for everyone to enjoy. Truly a memorable experience from start to finish!

Great value for money hotel, simple but clean with reasonable location by the Kampong Gelam.

Everything was ok. However, the porter was having small chats with the staff at the concierge counter, commenting about me requesting for help with my bags when he felt that my luggage was small and that I could have carried it myself. Such small chats shouldn’t have happened because without them realising, I saw their entire chat and heard the comments. Will not be back to stay at the hotel but will patronise the halal restaurant.
