酒店很不錯，環境很好。房間是Loft形式的，就是對於年紀大的來説，就不太方便。出行也還行，就是周邊吃的東西比較少，其他沒毛病。

Super interesting room concept. Quality is upper asian average I would say.
Location is good as it's fast and easy to reach most of the places you wanna see.

Very dissapointed. I had been to alot of hotels in Singapore and overseas, for the record this is the worst. Read the reviews about the staffs and yes I had to agreed with those negatives comments about staffs not being professional. They seriously need to buck up on their customer service. Staff was not friendly at all. Booked Premier Room and it doesnt come with river view.Rooms posted on website looks great but dissapointed with the room (the bed on website comes with cushion and bed runner, reality nothing! Just 2 pillows and comforter) Bedsheets and pillows smell 'dampy'. No bathrobes, no conditioner (stated in the website its provided).Sofa was smelly too. Was so looking forward to try our 1st Loft staycay but sadly we did not enjoyed it.
The only thing that I can give credit is the AI system that they are using now.
