Room infested with cockroaches. Shelves were dusty, bed sheets were stained. No toilet papers, toilet ceiling was run down. Horrible experience as we were awoken by cockroaches crawling on partner’s arm

Seamless check in and front desk staff is very friendly. Walking distance to Whampoa Market & Hawker Centre. Shaw Plaza Shopping mall is just across the road.

Hotel worth the stay for the price as compare with few that cost higher but less comfortable. Its small for single but cosy comfortable. The room is clean in a way but if u got sweet stuff ,will attract ants. Bed is comfortable ,lights and aircon working well. Overall a nice stay for me.

Badic hotel bit of a walk from mrt clean enough but dated Rooms very small Road noise could be heatd

Everything u need is provided . Just that towels bor house keeping is only done on Mon wed Fri. Bed were comfortable thou . Toilet was too near to bed. But still it's a good hotel

The hotel is a 3 stars rate, so I will not expect the service to be comparable to 4 stars and above hotel. Room is small, so do its toilet. No gym nor swimming pool, purely for accommodation. Some road traffic noise is audible especially early morning. Overall, it is purely for budget accommodation.

Location: close to bus station, so far away from mrt Service: dont have room cleaning or towel on the weekend, only Monday. Have free water and coffee and tea. Wifi is so bad and the staff cant do anything Cleanliness: very clean and new room Amensities: surrounded many restaurants, food courts and convenient stores

The hotel location is very good, room is clean. But no fridge inside the room.   the room have a smart TV is very good. The place is not noisy.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

It was clean and cosy...the lady staff is nice very approachable.. During our check in.. Day one we never sleep cos the aircon so hot room 204... Until we ask the night shift guy we feed up he dont know how to talk to us sounds kind of rude the uncle guy. If im not mistaken he is indian tamil.. But when we asked the day shift staff (girl) we want change room because of the aircon matters she very kind to talk to help us changed room... In the app they says no Slippers each room but when we ask they provide us...when we chick out the give me a nice warm smile.... Thanks reddoors

The check-in was a breeze. Room was in a decent state. Just had issues with the air-conditioning as it kept going back to 26 degrees. Bed was comfortable, wished there were more pillows. Other than that it’s all fine.

Quite disappointed as was rejected for early check in at 1pm+. As a regular, have never face any issues during previous check in. Perhaps, the receptionist is new staff.

Convenient hotel and early check in. Room cleanness can be improve.

Place only accessible by bus and not train. Extra 500ml water cost $1.50 each. Wash basin is with the bed (outside bath and toilet area). Towel was not too clean.
