Ibis budget Hotels in Singapore

Location is quite far from the airport but is good coz it is surrounded by groceries, food stalls, bus and MRT stations. Hotel is quite old but is clean with good and just enough facilities (clean restrooms, beddings and towels, with TV, electric kettle and airconditioner).

Clean room, friendly staff, nice location and value for money. First time staying at this hotel. MRT is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel!! 7 Eleven is just next to the hotel. Good place to stay for those on a tight budget

Used to be Fragrance Bugis hotel, Ibis cleaned up the place good. I stayed once when it was still Fragrance so I know the differences. Room is still small thou but a lot cleaner. Water pressure for the shower is on point, however still the lack of jet shower/bidet for clean up even though majority of tourists in Singapore are Indonesians. Ibis should take note on this, could be their game changer point by installing that.

Friendly staff. Great location. The nearest bus stop is a few seconds away (Bus 33). Luggage storage room available. 🎉 Standard double room. Basic amenities: towels, toothbrush, and toothpaste. Shower gel in a dispenser in the bathroom. Air conditioner and TV. Kettle, small fridge, two cups, stirrers, tea bags and coffee sachets.

The room is clean, however small compared to the pictures uploaded on this app, however the staffs are accommodating. The place itself was near mer train just few minutes away. There were a lot of food restaurant around the vicinity too. Though I hope there is a microwave with the room. Overall 4.5/5 stars.

Everything is as expected from Ibis (have stayed in Ibis in other countries as well), except that there is no fridge in this hotel. One more minus for me personally - only tap water which is safe to drink, of course, but would appreciate bottles or more filters as the water did have some strange flavour to it. About plus points - Ibis did give all that I expected. There is a swimming pool on rooftop with nice view. The room is clean. The location is good, several MRT lines nearby, as well as buses. There is a 7-11 just next door. All interesting places to eat though are in 2-5kms (30-60 minutes on foot). Side note - if for someone it's important - the windows don't open in the room, only air-con to ventilate the room.

I really enjoyed my stay. I was scared first because I saw a review that the room has pests but for my experience there wasn’t any. I do advise on bringing your own room slippers because they don’t have one. The was cozy and really budget friendly. The place was also quiet, and it is near asian restaurants. The MRT Station is around 15 minutes walk so I advise that if you book in this hotel and had specific places to go, just book a grab car. It is Much more convenient. I don’t recommend getting a tourist pass card if you want to save (especially if you have company). I advise on downloading the GRAB app and book a car. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I love the staff. They were able to keep our belongings even after check out while we went to the city for one last tour. I definitely recommend the place and I would love to go back in this hotel next time.

This room 408 is very nice at Ibis Budget hotel Emerald Geylang Lorong 6. It is good convenient to walk and take bus to Kallang MRT station and hawker centre.Why the basin water is less?

Clean and comfortable with good price. Location is great and near the bus station. Hairdryer is provided which is good. The only cons is hot water didnt work

Hotel was easy to find near MRT train station so travel from airport was simple and cheap. It was also close to plenty of eating places. Room was small but had just about everything we needed. No wardrobe. Tea and coffee with kettle was good as too was fridge, very useful. Bathroom small and occasionally noisy but we slept well. Bed was clean and comfortable. Overall good value for money. Didn’t use swimming pool due to constant rain during our short break.
