Folks and I stayed a night at Hotel Mi Rochor. Prompt and fuss free check-in and we got our rooms on the same level as requested. Though the room was fairly small, but it's really adequate for two guests even with luggage. Beds and pillows were firm and clean, to our likings. Both rooms were really clean and there's an additional tap for premium drinking water, and there's kettle available for warm water and hot beverages. The toilet/shower is small, but the tap/sink is situated outside the toilet, so that's convenient. It was pouring the whole day, but that didn't deter us from heading out. I overheard that the hotel doesn't provide any umbrellas, but you can purchase raincoats/umbrellas at the 7-11 situated right next to the hotel. We had ours, and we headed out for our lunch and dinner at Waterloo and Bugis areas, just 5 - 10 minutes walk away. Rochor mrt station is just next to Hotel Mi, so we could also reach Marina/Suntec area within 5 minutes. I like this location as it's just walking distance to the main streets for F&B/shoppings/sightseeing activities, but yet we are away from the noise and buzz. So we could have good quiet early rest.

Stayed here with two friends for two nights, and we absolutely loved it! The shared bathrooms and toilets were clean, and the common areas were cozy and comfortable. There's also a kitchen where you can use the fridge, cooker, and microwave to prepare your own meals. The best part? The location is amazing—the blue-line MRT is right across from the hotel. The only minor inconvenience was needing to take our phones to the toilet since they served as our room keys, but it wasn’t a big deal. We’d definitely stay here again if we visit Singapore!

First of all, the location is excellent because it is right beside the Lavender MRT station, which made travelling convenient. In terms of cleanliness, the room was quite clean, but one big problem was that the shower drain constantly emanated a foul smell. We had to close the toilet door, otherwise the smell would spread. In terms of service, we requested for extra pillows, and the hotel were able to accommodate to our request promptly. However, during check-in, the staff wasn't cheerful or welcoming. Also, when we asked some staff about the hotel facilities, they either replied that they don't know, or replied with a rather negative body language. Finally, for facilities, the basic ones were present, along with a small gym room and a swimming pool. However, the mini fridge inside the room was not cold enough at all, causing our ice cream to melt. Also, there were no coin laundry in the hotel. Overall, the biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. Yet, despite being branded as sort of a budget hotel by many travel vloggers, the price wasn't budget at all, and the product value is definitely lower than what one would expect from its price.

Staying at Hotel Boss was a great experience, especially for those looking for a balance between comfort and affordability. The hotel’s location is ideal—close to public transportation, including MRT stations and bus stops, making it easy to explore Singapore. The rooms are compact but clean and well-maintained, offering all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The staff are polite and responsive, and the hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, are well-kept. For Muslim travelers, there are halal restaurants nearby, adding convenience. Overall, Hotel Boss is a practical choice for travelers seeking both comfort and accessibility at a reasonable price.

great place to stay as it is conveniently located right beside an MRT station. There's a convenient store and money exchange right outside the hotel as well. staff are very accomodating. the rooms are smaller than i expected but it was fine.

You can see the fewer reviews from different customers who have posted in the past. The hotel front office offered me an option when I arrived earlier at 1:30pm, offer me a triple room (per photo), the conditions are allowed to enjoy earlier check-in and late check out for an hour, then can be moved to a connected room (per my booking) which is on the higher floor tomorrow. After viewing the room, I have rejected their offer. When I came back to 3:00pm to check in, I got the lower floor on the 3rd floor which has a lot of mosquitoes, the same platform of swimming pool which is easily accessed by outsiders from the window. Therefore, I have requested to move to a higher floor tomorrow, the front office said the higher floor is no longer available. This is ridiculous, why did the front office staff tell me earlier if I accept the offer, they can provide me the higher floor the next day. But as long as I rejected their offer, the higher floor becomes unavailable? Fortunately, the customer service of Trip.com is named as Mac who has assisted me to gain the higher floor after negotiating with the hotel. Front office staff have a bad attitude, Even when it's my turn when lined up, she has asked someone to come over to her desk, encouraging customers to cut the line. i booked an urban suite to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, and we absolutely enjoyed ourselves to the max. the hotel system was down when we were checking in, but our front desk staff, Rosy, explained the situation to us, gave us a beverages voucher to enjoy a drink each while we waited for our key cards at the lounge, and even personally came over to hand us the cards once the room was ready. shortly after we checked in, a staff member from the collection club lounge dropped by the room and gave my fiancé a mini cake, a box of chocolates, and a birthday card. we went to the collection club lounge for evening cocktails and were surprised with a bread pudding platter with a lighted candle to celebrate my fiancé's birthday and managed to catch the ndp rehearsal's fireworks show. overall, the interactions we had with the staff members were exceptional, and we felt very welcomed and taken care of, everywhere we went. the urban suite room was very clean and spacious, and we had a wonderful view of the cbd area. having stayed in many hotels in singapore, this is by far the best room and experience ive had.

We request for our room to be at 9 floor and above, the request was fulfilled. They also upgrade us to the a bigger unit at 25th floor with a beautiful view. We are very please and happy with this special arrangement.

This resort was located at very strategy location with seaview. It's in the middle of Patong, Karon & Kata area. Maybe you will think that this resort might very noisy or near to any busy pub/club/F&B, the answer is not! They are faraway 3-4km, so you can enjoyed the peaceful time. The room service very fast and fulfill all my request. The part of resort near to cliff was doing overall renovation & upgrading. This part was quite secret because you gonna walk down all the way then you will saw a brand new cliff cafe was doing renovation. Not much people enjoy at the swimming pool, so that you can take a lot of photos with infinity swimming pool. I am sure that your partner will like it. At this price, it is valuable.
