Best Western Hotel Lamm

Except for the loud noise from the water pipes and partitions, everything else is very good. It is very close to the city and has convenient living functions. It is ok to walk around.

The room is very clean and the service provided by the front desk guy is very friendly.

Very good, great location, all aspects are OK.

Wir haben von einem Stadthotel einen guten Standard erwartet, vorgefunden haben wir ein Top Haus mit mehr als zuvorkommendem Personal, Sauberkeit bis in die letzte Ecke, überraschenden liebevollen Details für perfekten Service. Danke vielmals! Wenn wir nochmal nach Singen kommen, dann unbedingt wieder in das Hotel Lamm!!

Das Hotelzimmer war geräumig und super sauber. Badezimmer mit ebener Dusche, top Duschstrahl. Sehr ruhige Lage. Ich habe top geschlafen. Kostenloses Internet auf dem Zimmer war auch top. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert

Bestes Hotel am Platz meiner Meinung nach. Hatte vorab schlechte Erfahrungen mit einem anderen Hotel gemacht. Werde beim nächsten Besuch in Singen definitiv wieder das Hotel buchen.

I have known the Hotel Lamm for a long time and have stayed there often. Overall, a good, simple hotel with its own parking lot in a relatively central location in Singen (10 minutes' walk from the train station). The staff are friendly and helpful, but there is one thing that always strikes me as negative when I stay there. As soon as more than 3 people check in at the same time, the check-in process becomes a test of patience. We traveled with a group of 12 people and the only employee at the reception tried very hard but was completely overwhelmed. The last people in the group actually had to wait 40 minutes before they could go to their room, which shouldn't be allowed. It's better to have the registrations filled out by hand rather than electronically, give out the keys and then add them later, but making the guest wait that long is anything but hospitable. D.
