We have had a lamentable experience with the service of this hotel, the team is scaryly mal trained and has made very serious mistakes. We check-in on Friday night, always keeping in contact with the hotel to inform about the time of arrival (although not necessary, we take care of that) and, The hotel was in the wrong room and the room had no helping bed for my son. The receptionist could not calculate the number of days when check-out, which usually starts at 14:00 and ends at 12:00 the next day. I was charged indebtedly and needed to return to request returns from the indebted value. In addition to disorders, contacts with the reception were very difficult and disgusting. In short, accommodation is good, but the service can completely destroy the experience. Café da manhã sem muitas opções, pão mucho, não tem minimamente um queijo minas e peito de peru, televisão a menor de todas e marca de péssima qualidade de som e imagem, internet a cabo com economia de canais absurda, me colocaram em quarto de deficiente sendo que não sou, quarto 307 ou 301 não recordo bem, banheiro não tem box, inunda o quarto pois o ralo não comporta a qtd de água. A pia do banheiro nem se fala, a mais barata que encontraram, não tem espaço de bancada nem para colocar os itens de higiene pessoal do hóspede, não tem guarda roupa nem cabideiro que seja, cama a mais barata, quase um colchão no chão contando apenas com pezinho, sem cabeceira, não tem secador de cabelo, eu molhado pós banho, de toalha, o atendente diz que se eu quisesse teria que descer para pegar porque ele não levava. Estacionamento em via pública descoberto, sem ninguém para recepcionar e ter uma sensação de segurança mínima na entrada do hotel, economizaram em tudo, não vale os quase R$350 a diária! Existem opções muito superiores nesse valor, a sorte de vocês que quem fez a reserva não fui eu, foi a agência que não os conhece, Ucaialy o melhor hotel de Sinop e por um preço menor do que vocês cobram!
