Good hotel good location good staff

It was a good stay at this hotel. It was clean and the breakfast was good too.

It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable.

Decent hotel near the central train station, however the location is quite shady so it gets dangerous at night. Stay with caution.

Busy budget hotel with, I feel, a motivated staff, working hard to fulfil customers needs. Clean rooms, good breakfast.

It was the most adequate hotel on a budget The reception was kind. The room nice with a huge bed for 2; the bed sheets were smelling kinda weird but after all was ok. Unfortunately the are is unpleasant enough.

This hotel is quiet scary and many people outside the streets drinking beer and break it on the street.

My overall experience was okay. Hotel room and location were good with the price I paid. However, Wi-Fi had a problem throughout my stay which was really problematic as I needed to work. Additionally, it said on the app that the room should come with safe box and freezer but there was not such as thing in reality. I contacted receptionist and addressed I would like to talk to the hotel manager but no one contacted me back.

The hotel is located in a quiet place in the downtown area. It is 7-8 minutes walk from North Station. It is very convenient. The next day, I went to Brussels Airport. I took the airport express to North Station for 10.8 euros and arrived in 22 minutes. It is very convenient. It is very close to the center of Brussels and can be reached on foot. It is very good

An economical and fast hotel with small distance between rooms. However, it was just for the convenience of going from the train station to the airport early the next morning. It was a overnight stay. It is a 5-minute walk from Brussels North Train Station.

The environment around the hotel is very bad. When passing by, there are always people approaching suddenly and making some strange movements and expressions. I thought they were going to rob me. It was very scary. I asked Ctrip customer service to ask the hotel front desk. The hotel front desk customer service got angry with me for some reason. It was inexplicable and arrogant!

Overall it's good, cleaner than expected, cost-effective, and the front desk also let me check in early. It's just that when I returned to the hotel from the North Station at night, there were a lot of strange people around the station, so I had to pay attention to safety

The location is quite convenient and the hotel service is good but there are no slippers provided. Overall it's pretty neat and tidy. Although it looks a little shabby on the outside, it's still okay on the inside.
