Bed was good and room had everything we needed. Was in room 210 not a good room to have. You have to run the fan on HVAC constantly to drown out most of the noise in the back courtyard. They party there late into the night. Other problem is the elevator nearby you get to hear it ding every time it stops on the floor. Other issue is the stop light to leave the area. It can take over 5 minutes to turn. Staff is friendlhy and helpful.

Probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. The place had a bad odor...probably from old carpets, the bed was extremely uncomfortable...you could almost feel the springs! The only bright side was really good coffee in the morning...needed it since we didn't sleep much!

We just needed an affordable place to sleep for a few hours while passing through. This place is great for that. The space was good for our family to stretch out and rest for a bit. Pool was nice. Breakfast was good. It was quiet and peaceful place to get a good sleep.

Nice and quiet hotel, very accommodating and staff was friendly . Stayed here on a business trip and overall it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to any future stays.

Breakfast was rather sad and ran out early. Horrible pastries. Only sugared cereals which were hidden away. My room smelled like it had been smoked in not long ago. The second floor hall was quite smoky. No Smoking sign torn off doors. We mentioned this to the desk attendant and she just said, “Some people are stupid.” Otherwise, room was clean and comfortable. No room cleaning unless requested - still blaming Covid.

Rooms are spacious and clean, however overall hotel is a bit run down and public areas (hallways, stairs, lobby) were dirty. Breakfast was good and restocked often. Front desk at checkin I was just handed keys, no information given about location of anything including rooms, elevator, breakfast, pool etc. For the price, I expected way more.

The property was sold out both nights we were there, however, it felt like we were one of a few families staying there. It was located near everything we wanted to do during our stay, and close to dining and shopping. We had a few issues (no tv rwmote) but thaf was quickly solved.

The hotel is very well maintained the staff are very friendly and helpful they have great house keeping staff . I look forward to more stays there the rooms are perfect size suites
