Lovely place, can see lovely flight to going up And down fantastic experience In my opinion:)

Nice place, clean, neat and tidy and well-organised. Check in took me 5 minutes, and check out 30 seconds. Getting there from the airport is too complicated, but that's my only complaint. Great staff!

Hotel was clean and big. Getting to airport is expensive if you go with a taxi but there are bus options.

Very good location, spacious and very clean room. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended

About 20 mins airport shuttle bus ride to hotel. Has a restaurant to order food and drinks, other than that 4 star hotel is definitely overrated. Staffs at front desk is just routine, not welcoming and service is ok. I booked the place in the last minute because originally city sightseeing layover plan changed, chooses Leonardo hotel upon star rating but I don’t think will go back again.

Well, what can you say? when you've travelled for 15 hours and you realize your chinese bank card doesnt work causing a hotel booking and taxi nightmare, what can you say when you arrive and are well recieved by a smiling and jovial human being that reduces you to a state where the hard toil, the breaking back, the blood sweat and tears that accompany travel, become trifle amongst such a smile. If only life would continue in the same vein, but luckily it does. I will, tell my only friend Horace, that if he becomes at a loose end, head to the best!...Head to Leonardos... and tell them James sent you. They probably wont remember who james is, but you never know...i have a memorable face, neither ugly or beautiful, a robust nose is possibly to blame.

Stayed at the Leonardo for 1 night prior to our flight from Heathrow. It was a very cold night (-4). While the room was warm and clean the corridors and particularly the lifts were very cold. Felt like you were going outside to go to reception! The room and the hotel in general is a bit soulless. If you didn't know the name you could be in any one of the many hotels that crowd round the perimeter road at Heathrow. It had all the necessary facilities but no character. We ate in the bar and grille at the hotel. While the prices (coming from the North of England especially) are still a shock to the system) the food was actually very good. We had a burger that was one of the best I have tasted in a long time. We picked this hotel based on price and location and were not disappointed.

A bit dated, lifts not working and part of the car park was dripping with water with a huge puddle. Not much around. Good thing was the bus stop was not too far away.

The location isn’t desirable, but no problems whatsoever with the hotel or what it offers. Great stay.

Very lovely hotel, i had to extend my stay to finish upo what i had to do in london, and it wss quite easy for the booking. i recommend 100% for anyone

All ok, however, no umbrella borrowing to guest, we need to buy 😅

Close to airport, good sleep. Still need more transportation

I stayed at the hotel for one night on Nov 19th and found the the lift was broken and I had to carry my Luggage upstairs. One week later, when I returned to the hotel and found the lift was still out of service.

Convenient for Heathrow. Pillows are very firm. Staff seem unsure about the parking arrangements
