Il condizionatore era mal posizionato e i filtri probabilmente non sono stati puliti almeno da 1 anno. Il frigo bar posizionato per terra, lo abbiamo spento perché molto rumoroso. Colazione proposta come da un B&B e di pessima qualità. Nel letto, sotto le lenzuola, anziché un toppe c'era una incerata da letto di ospedale che ovviamente con una temperatura esterna di 35° immaginate come si sudava. Camere piccole con arredamento improponibile. Al bagno la ventola di aspirazione era comandabile da un interruttore che gli altri ospiti dimenticavo acceso per cui la notte sembrava di stare accanto ad un aereo sulla pista di rullaggio che, insieme al frigo, rendevano il sonno inquietante. Ne avrei ancora ma penso sia sufficiente per scoraggiare altri viaggiatori ad utilizzare questo.....che non so bene definire!!!!!

Very positive experience. Helpful owners, room with sea view, quiet and tidy daily with change of sheets and towels. Abundant breakfast with delicious donuts prepared by Mrs Elisa. Strategic location of the hotel a few steps from the bus station, from the station it is very close to the centre. Even though we didn't have a car, we moved around easily, visiting all the attractions. We were also able to visit Noto with the interbus service €14.40 per person return. Experience to recommend

My experience staying at the Hotel Centrale in Syracuse disappointed my expectations: the 4 stars of the hotel were not reflected in the quality-price of the services offered. Starting from the food, this leaves a lot to be desired as the choice (especially at breakfast) is very limited (there are no savory foods, for example) and at dinner they also offered us frozen foods (such as cordonbleu) which, in my opinion, are a disgrace to the name of Sicily. However, I cannot give just one star for the staff as, even though they only have two collaborators, they have always been friendly and helpful. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for long stays, thank you very much for your attention.
